Failure to complete work paid for and negligent inspection practices.

The Ecola subterranean termite treatment did not treat all areas of infestation underneath the house and did not even complete the trenching around the sides of the house. Nor was the cellulose debris removed from underneath the house as contracted and paid for.
Ecola submitted two inspection reports on my property. Both state that that they were ?Complete Reports.? Yet the inspector negligently missed major drywood termite infestation and damage, including infestation and damage to the door he repeatedly used to enter and exit the house. The Ecola inspector also submitted an inspection report on the interior of a locked, windowless garage he did not enter.
All of this has been verified by two independent licensed inspections.
Complaint has been filed with the California State Structural Pest Control Board.
