Consider yourself warned.. I have been a patient of this office for several years. My son has recently been a patient for the treatment of acne. The nurses and doctors themselves are lovely, but the office staff is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. They are rude, unconcerned, and miserable to deal with......constantly and consistently. My son is required to make monthly visits as part of his treatment. He has two months left, and I am literally counting the days to be finished with this office. Month after month, there is some issue or mishandling that makes it a hassle and miserable experience. Yet, I receive weekly soliciations for more cosmetic procedure business. Perhaps they should consider slowing down on the soliciation of new business until they can remotely figure out how to handle the patients they have. It is almost surreal dealing with them month-to-month. I have spoken with Dr. Benest, and it is almost as if she has the apology scripted....until she hangs up and it's shoddy business all over again. Be prepared to be frustrated....far beyond what should be expected from a professional office.

Great staff & great doctor!!!. I just came from Dr. Lisa Benest office and it was great. She is the best of all the offices I have been to. She and her staff are so professional and Dr. Benest has great communication with me. I like her. She cares beyond the service and is a real delight!!! I give her 6 stars butthey only allow 5 stars.

Wonderful Care and Skilled and Caring Professionals. I recently visited Dr. Benest's office and received laser treatments. I have scheduled these treatments on a fairly regular basis and love the results. My daughters always notice my skin and load me up with compliments....which I love.

The staff is so friendly and the nurses have always given me special care. It's as if all my questions are answered before I need to ask them. I feel comfortable and relaxed.

The nursing staff at Dr. Benest's office is "by far" the most skilled and attentive staff I have ever experienced. I give the office a big thumbs up.

scared and upset. My doctor recommended this office to remove a mole. There are 2 sides: the medical and the cosmetic. I was treated professionally by the medical side and they strongly pitched their cosmetic side. I decided to make an appt. for a service which included using a laser.

When I came for the appt., very little was as described to me earlier. I was given some numbing (which didn't), NOT asked whether it was working sufficiently, and shuttled around without anyone going over what was happening. The laser was EXCRUCIATING and I completely freaked out. The technician was uncaring and rude. I was ignored when I said I was in pain and to stop. She sort of chuckled.

Though I was in tears, shaking, and visibly upset, I was left with a wet paper towel. She didn't ask why I was upset or care that I said something was wrong. After a while I was given a coldpak, but otherwise disregarded.

Later, I asked to talk Dr. Benest, but she wouldn't speak directly with me.

All Thumbs UPPP!. I love coming to this office!! I can't disagree with that last review enough!!!! My whole family goes here and from visits to calls, we always get friendly helpful service from everyone at Dr. Benest's office. I have seen Dr. Benest as well as Dr. Rush and both are professional, thorough and as long as I follow the Doctors orders, I ALWAYS see improvement!!! When I started coming to them I was having breakouts that were frustrating and no matter what I tried on my own, I couldnt get it to completely go away...now my skin is clear and vibrant!!!! They can do wonderful things!

Service sucks!!!. I went to this doctors office and now twice the communication has been poor! The first time the front office told me my insurance would cover the facial. Although Dr Benest was kind enough to settle with me for some reason her staff and her other doctors are really poor at treatment. One doctor is no longer there and Dr. Rush told me that on my second visit we should do a biopsy but even though cancer is not a factor , she did not do that and thats the reason why I came back for a biopsy as I have a very NOW inflamed rash thanks to the crappy samples she gave me which has made it worse and more inflamed. I will NOT be returning to this office. Beware of the lack of communication and proper care.

It is always a pleasure to come here!!!. I have been coming here for at least 5 years!! Dr. Lisa Benest in a very knowledgeable dermatologist. She takes her time and knows her stuff. The front desk girls are all very sweet and start to feel like friends after a few visits. I have had facials, peels, laser hair removal...tons of beauty treatments here. I have sent my friends for fillers, permanent makeup and acne....they were all very pleased!!

Dr. Benest has removed moles for me and always showed me natural ways to stay healthy and keep my skin glowing. Her products are wonderful! I recommend her skin lightening cream for those dark spots!! It really works. She carries a variety of skin care from medical to all natural!

The treatment rooms are all made for comfort, and everyone is helpful!

I highly recommend her nurse LuAnne for all your filler and laser needs, she rocks!!! She has a great eye for detail and won't let you down!!

Terrible experience. I had a terrible experience. Don't get the strong peeling there. They told me that will improve my skin condition, but it got worse. I told them what happened to my skin, then they recommended an expensive ointment, and I bought it and tried it, but it didn't work at all. I spent so much money there, and my skin just got worse.

All what they care is to sell more.

By the way, I don't know about the doctor. They didn't even let me see her.

AMAZING!!. I have been going to Dr. Benest's Office for about 6 months now, and I LOVE it! Dr. Benest was extremely knowlegable and knew exactly what would help my issue! Since doing what she recommended I have noticed a tremendous change in my skin for the better, and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. The office is super friendly and always helpful! I think that anyone who has a need for a good skin Doctor should go here!!
