!!!!!!! what's wrong with this lady on the phone!!!!!. I just had the worst experience with this lady that answered the phone, she was sooooo rude !!!!!!!!!, I really need the help with my recently adopted cat, but I guess I have to find another way to do it, because never want to talk to this lady never...be aware people ...if you need help..find another place....

girl that answered phone was rude and very unwilling to help & didn't. I was given their name and number and told that Acors & Others for Animals would help me get cat spayed, especially because I am disabled and they are supposedly very interested in helping the animals and helping people like me, disabled and very low income, take care of them . I remember in 1984 someone I know called them because she needed her dog spayed and she didn't have a vet or anay way of transporting the animal. They found her a vet and paid for the operation ,THEY ALSO PICKED UP THE DOG AND TOOK HER TO HAVE THE SURGERY AND BROUGHT HE HOME AFTERWARDS. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO BRANDY(GIRL ON THE PHONE) I NEEDED THIS KIND ASSISTANCE AND SHE JUST BLEW ME OFF AND HUNG UP. Thats real holiday spirit Brandy!!!
