Be Very Very Careful with Online Purchases

Very poor "customer service." If buying online, be very very sure that the item will fit and is *exactly* what you want and will look good on you. Why? Because Wilshire Wigs offers no refunds if you are not satisfied. I tried very politely to ask them for same and they offered store credit only - minus my mailing costs. How can I order another item online after discovering that the first item, which looked great on the model, doesn't look at all as pictured, is so uncomfortable you can't wear it for more than a minute, fits so poorly you can't cover the back of your head, and generally looks ridiculous. I would never recommend this store to a friend. (Note: it probably is a good idea to go into a store to get a wig fitted anyway. But because of the way I was treated with this online purchase, I would never give another penny of business to Wilshire Wigs. Would give minus five stars if I could, but have to give some kind of rating, so am forced to give an undeserved one star.

Great Service

I don't know what people are complaining about. I have been to the store many times and have received great customer service. They do get extremely busy but i have patience and i am willing to wait for their services. They have a fabulous inventory and great selection which is why they ARE so busy. I guess you cant satisfy everyone but i am. Keep up the great work girls.

Two thumbs down...Lazy Customer Service

I went to Wilshire Wigs and Accessories today for the first time and was sadly disappointed. I don't know much about wigs being that I never wear them. I have very long hair but needed a wig for a photoshoot. The staff are not welcoming at all. I explained to them what I was looking for as well as my lack of knowledge on wigs. The only aid I received were fingers pointing in which direction I needed to go for certain wigs, no offer or attemp to assist, just minimal customer service. There were three employers working and only two customers including me, so the excuse of trying to accomodate all customers is not valid. I see another bad customer service review, so if these lazy Wig People don't get it together, they're going to lose lots of business...I have a big mouth and know every bald woman in Hollywood ;)
- Pros: Wide selection of Wigs...just know what you want w/out needed assistance
- Cons: Not welcoming & Lazy Customer Service
