lacking in customer service

I walked in asked for oil change and tire rotation. Was sent to the back
service center and then ignored by
about 6 different guys working and sitting around me. No one asked if they could help me while I stood there for 5 min. Very disapointed.
- Pros: I'm at discount tire cause I was ignored at mlm.
