Charbroiled meats and fresh salsas add authentic spice to this Mexicali fast-food chain.. In Short
High tables and a busy open kitchen welcome diners into the spacious, brightly lit black-and-white interior. Just minutes after cashiers take customer orders, fresh-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas (stuffed with steak, chicken or seafood) arrive on the nearby counter. The menu also offers several plates of greens, from typical taco salad to fancier bowls with shrimp or mahi mahi. A stainless-steel bar offers several salsas, plus jalapenos, limes and cilantro for seasoning.

This Baja is not so Fresh!. Baja Fresh has some pretty amazing food but this location does not stack up to the name. Just yesterday I ordered a chicken quesadilla and had to LOOK for the cheese; the driest one I have ever had! Another time I ordered salad and there was nothing fresh about it, watery lettuce and old tomatoes. They appear to be short staffed here too and take forever to prepare your food if you have the patience to wait in line! Take some lessons from your Studio City location, now they know how to get it right.
