great staff, incredibly loud service, great place, always friendly cheap drinks, absolutly great food, great variety, great blarney burger
Excellent wings!. Excellent wings and hand cut fries. Exceptionally friendly staff - great for watching the game!
Good place to be.
As a restaurant, this place deserves 3 stars max. But as a bar, this place deserves 5 stars.
When I went there the service was slow, and the food was average. But, the service was friendly and the drinks were plentiful.
Good watering hole. I like this place. Sports on the tv and nice people to talk to to. Good place in Burbank
I'll pass!. I came here for happy hour and the actual space is very small & limited, so good luck getting a seat/table. The food was greasy and heavy. The bartender wasn't really on top of it, I had an empty glass most of the time with out her checking back to see if I needed another. The crowd here was a little older as well I noticed. I live close & wont go back
a beer or a few too many :). great food, awesome drinks, friendly bartenders... whether you're in for one beer or many, you'll enjoy yourself and this quaint little pub. Head upstairs for more seating and big screens. Always a good time!
Watered Down Beer. The draught beer was pretty much 50 % beer to 50 % water, including the Guinness. We went to this place last night, excited that there was an Irish pub nearby, to get some good beer and a burger. The service was pretty slow, and it was incredibly loud by about 8:30 with the crowd downstairs, but the waitress was really nice. Our main issue was that the beer was all basically pure water! First we ordered 2 Smithwicks, and when they came we thought either she had gotten our order wrong, or something was wrong with the tap. We asked the server to exchange them for two other beers, at which time we got a Guinness and a hefeweizen. We could literally see through the Guiness, which is an incredibly bad sign, and the hefeweizen tasted like the lemon that came with it. The waitress looked totally surprised when we told her that all three were pretty watery. We should have known to just stick to bottles after the Smithwicks. I mean, what's the point of an Irish pub if you can't get a decent beer on tap, especially Guinness!?
awesome. Awesome low key spot to get a beer and socialize. I love the dark atmosphere and cheap drinks! I can come back here
Avoid on Friday Night, Saturday Night, Sunday Night, Monday Night.... If you are looking for a service oriented bar...this is not the one. You can wait and wait and wait for a drink especially on an early Friday Night or Saturday, Sunday, Monday....It is certain that you will wait even if you frequent the bar. I overheard that service is always a problem especially at night. I don't know about you but I would like to order within the half hour. The staff is too busy talking to other staff. This place is not recomended if you actually want to spend money and have a good time. Ego bartenders, that's right bartenders...well welcome to LA.... there are many other places that would love to have your business. No tips for the Slow and Stupid... Have a great weekend. Don't go to Timmy Nolans and you will have a better weekend...
Best Reuben I've found, Servers are great.
Until I ordered a Reuben here, I wasn't a fan of the sandwich. Since I've had one, I try to find other places that serve anything close to Timmy's masterpiece. I can say, that I haven't yet found one that's anywhere in the ballpark. I find myself craving a Reuben and a Stella. Not that bad service could keep me away, but it's actually the opposite. The service is great, and they're always there at the right time. Not too pesty, and not unavailable. Plus, all of the servers help you out, not just the one that took your order. I recommend eating upstairs after 5pm. There are plenty of TVs, and you can watch your food being made with care.
Oh yeah, and order the curly fries.
Descent place. It's a descent place, descent prices and food and drinks and customers and staff. I wouldn't refuse to go there....
