Always great service

This used to be my closest bike shop. I could always count on immediate, personable service. No one upselling, just straight forward excellence. Lots of products, lots of experience brought to the table. It sets the bar high for bike shops. Typically I'd come during the weekday and I'd be the only one in the shop. I got my bike fixed immediately, while I waited and then sometimes would get tips on riding. I like this place so much that I have considered taking the metro up just to have my bike fixed there in the future, instead of going to the shops in Hollywood. The difference in service quality is that extreme.
- Pros: knowledgeable staff, fast service
- Cons: near most dangerous intersection in US

Great Indie Bike Shoppe with Service

I've just bought my first new bike in 26 years: "Bella" This three speed champagne colered Townie womens bike beautiful. I also picked up a stylish Bell helmet and a flower covered round bell I just adore. One of the owners, Brad, provided exceptional service, assisting me in test riding several bikes over a couple of hours, all while he sold three other bikes to other interested parties! This experience was so enjoyable; how could I go elsewhere? I hope you give them a try!
- Pros: Service, Parking, accesibility to test drive side street, Ambience- they have created there own one of kind oak back door with old railroad track wrenches!
