THE WORST TANNING SALON AROUND. THE SALON IS NOT WORTH GOING TOO THE OWNER JACKS HIS PRICES UP ITS TOO SMALL AND THE BEDS ARE SO OLD BUT HE TRIES TO MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE THEY ARE THE BEST BEDS I WOULD WARN PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THIS SALON

Staff could care less.... I've been going to this place for the last 3 years now, even before it was remodeled. I do like some tan but I am not crazy about tanning and therefore I always end up not using all my stars from the package. That's happened at least three times. About a month ago when my package was about to expire one of the girls told me they would make an exception this time and let me use my stars, they will "extend" the date. So I left happy and went back 2 weeks later (that long ago too) and this time the other staff person told me that I can only use those "extended" stars if I buy a new package. They have always been REALLY PUSHY on the those but that came over the top. Not only I have packages in the past I never fully used, my last one hasn't yet been used but you are asking me to spend another $100 again? What made me write this review is not that much that it was unfair but the way she delivered all that info to me and not caring at all that she could loose a client. She could of at least make a sympathy face or something. Had she made an exception and let me use 3 stars that one time, I would have been back but they lost my business. Next time think twice when you act like you could care less. I've had 3 or 4 packages there and so did my husband. I don't think any of them were fully used. I was also thinking trying their wraps. Well, now I won't. Their products (Lumiere, whatever) are so expensive. I've seen body lotions for like $50! Will not recommend, sadly.

Great tans at a reasonable price!. just stopped by to visit this salon, and while I was wary after reading the last review, i was pleasantly suprised by the service. Perhaps i got another girl - or *hopefully* the "rude" girl is no longer there! =o)

I called & had difficulty getting some pricing, the girl was very nice and explaned thet their system was a little too involved for the phone so she invited me it to try out a bed for FREE while i came in to look over the prices. I was allowed to tan first, which suprised me, as most salons give you your "first tan free" - after they have your money (so, not free...)

The beds were pretty spacious and clean. The girl showed me all the beds and how the packages worked and i got to tanning! they even have little candies in each room (i have a weakness for sweets!).

after i tanned, i was surprised to see that she was up front, not waiting to spring on me like some salons. She simply asked how i liked it.

of course, with one session you can never tell. but with the low pressure it was clear that this salon was for me! we decided a medium package was best for me and i was on my way.

the girl was super nice and very informed.

great staff and reasonable prices!

OVERRATED!. I went here a few weeks ago because i needed a quick tan. I didn't have an appointment but walked in and asked the girl if I could get in a tanning bed. the girl was so rude and was trying to sell me packages. I told her that I would decide if I wanted a package after my tan - to check out how it was first. She basically said they didnt need my business if I wasnt going to buy a package first. She was so rude and insulting and I WILL NEVER RETURN there again because of her. She should have wanted my business because I would have signed up for a package after the tan. Because of her, I left without tanning and will never recommend this place to anyone. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!

Best spray on tan in town!. I came in for a spray on tan. i called and got in that day! i've had spray tans two other places and this by far way the best. the girls were very helpful and knowledgable. the tan lasted about a week and no one could tell it was a spray on tan! the prices were very reasonable! the customer service alone sold me on coming back!

Best Massage on the Planet. All I can say is not only does this massage therapist make you feel comfortable, she is very knowledgable in her practice!! I have been to many places for massages,but this one takes the cake and the relaxtion capsule is awesome!! thanks dawn for distressing me!!! I will definitley tell all my friends to stop in for a deep tissue massage!! YOU ROCK!!

Excellent customer service and great products!. "On the Beach Day Spa and Tanning Center" is a one of a kind place. Not only are the employees extremely knowledgeable about the services but they are also very down to earth and friendly. The tanning beds are very clean and you are always in and out, which is very good with me because I am always on the go! If you are looking for a place to tan that is well priced and clean, I highly suggest On the Beach!

Teeth Whitening, the quickest and most effective service!. After smoking and drinking for a few years, my teeth had become very discolored and I was even embarrassed to smile and show my teeth. I am a regular tanner at the salon, and the staff (who is very educated in their services) had let me know of their specials going on and I became very interested in their teeth whitening. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they made me feel very comfortable and so I decided to take advantage of the offer and get it done, and all in the same day! It was the best decision I have made in a long time, and it made me feel much more confident about myself. It had taken years of smoking and drinking off of my teeth and made me want to smile all the time. On The Beach is one of the cleanest and friendliest salons I have to been to in awhile. Go find out for yourself!

Quick weight loss and engery boost!!!! Their body wraps rock!!!. Anytime I'm bloated or just want to look good on a Friday night date, I pop in for an Infrared Body Wrap. They are awesome!!! You immediately loose like 2 pounds (yeah it's water) but the bonus is the infrared treatment BURNS LIKE 1200 CALORIES!!! I'm not sure how it works, something with the light stimulating your muscles,but, I love it!!

Oh and they don't break my bank account, like $40 bucks each!! Less than a third of the price of some other Spas!! It's super clean, friendly staff and of course your own private treament room, tv and magazines.

I mean, they don't have those huge bathrooms to get ready afterwards like some places, but hey, for a 70% savings, I have a bathroom at home (I never liked getting ready next to a bunch of nudie women anyway!).
