my brother referred me to super automotive after i was tried of getting ripped off at the local delaer. I was told that i need a xenon transformer($535 with labor) for my right headlight since it wasnt working. I called in and spoke to robby he recommended me to bring the car in.after a few hours he called me back and told me they were able to repair the wiring on the xenon and it wold only cost me $100. I will definietly be using them again.

Good to find a shop that knows what their doing

I took my AUDI A6 here for a check engine light repair, they called me back as promised within a couple of hours with an estimate. They fixed my problem at a reasonable cost and got me my car back within the same day. I feel they were honest with me regarding the repairs that needed to be made and did not try to upsell me. Upon picking up my vehicle i spoke to another customer who was there regarding his experience, he said he has been going there for years with no issues. They also provided me with a one year warranty on parts and labor. I will definetly go back for future service

Outstanding and Honest Service

In attempt to contain cost on my 2004 545i, i made the biggest mistake and took my car to a random shop across from work -- I figure it was convenient and almost 50% less of the cost from what the dealer would charge. My car was leaking and needed the valve gasket covers replace. On my own conclusion, I "assumed" the job required a lot of tedious labor (removing gasket, putting new gasket) and very little "engineering" or experienced work. 3 weeks later my car was still in the shop with new mechanical issues as a consequence of inexperienced hands. This shop in Gardena broke/ruined multiple sensors + cut the brake lines when working on the car. After the 4th week of my car being in the shopped, I finally lost hope and figured the more they touched my car the more things they would brake. At this point, I was already 1500+ in broken sensors and numerous mechanical issues remained open.

By the 5th week I finally took my car to Super Automotive. I first came on contact with SuperAutomotive few months before when they worked on my brakes. When I called Robby with my problem, I was extremely embarrassed /sad/upset about my experienced with the shop in Gardena. Although Super Automotive is generally carefully about not taking jobs on broken cars from previous mechanics; Robby was very patience and understanding about my situation. SuperAutomotive had to start from scratch rebuilding/fixing every single issue that the previous shop had caused. It took a lot of diagnostics, patience but SuperAutomative was able to put my car back to it's original condition. They spend significant time free of charge testing every component to ensure the car was in the best condition possible. It's being 3 months since this incident and my car has been running exceptional great.

To everyone out there, don't make the mistake I made and make sure only certified/experienced mechanics touch your car- even for smaller issue. SuperAutomotive has the experienced staff and are certainly less expensive than dealer prices.
