This charming shop on hot Tujunga Avenue offers a unique setting for shopping: The store is an old home that has survived the rebuilding of most of the block. Wind your way through, room by room--each is crammed full of pretty (albeit often pricey) things.

The Goods
A fire burns in the living room fireplace, where you'll covet the cushy armchairs and vintage lamps. The dining room table is set with beautiful Spode china (it's for sale), and even though the adjacent kitchen is clearly used by the store staff, the lovely pre-WWII crockery carries price tags. Not every item is old enough to officially qualify as antique, but that's part of the draw: If you long for a faux family heirloom but Mom broke all the teacups, this is the place to pick up something a few generations old to dress up your table.
