Poor Experience...no inventory and ill informed. The lady could not help me on the phone so I went in person to explain. After much discussion, she finally understood what I wanted. She was going to charge me $5 to cut the paper but I agreed. After explaining to her for 5 minutes (three different times), she went to cut the paper. She then came out and said that it was too big to cut! Unbelievable! Additionally, other products I wanted "were in the warehouse since that is only a temporary location". Go somewhere else.

Not as great as I was hoping!!. I decided to order my Save the Dates from Paper Goose In Studio City, Ca. Since I knew my wedding invitations would be expensive I ended up having Paper Goose do my Save the Dates. I had a border around the text to help define the Save the Date. Unfortunately the border ended up being off center or the 'paper wasn't cut correctly' as Paper Goose stated. I was pretty upset with their quality of work. I can't believe that a crooked or off center printing job would pass their quality control. I did end up getting half my money back FOR THE PAPER ONLY, not half of what my total cost was. I understand that mistakes are made however, what REALLY made me upset was that one of the girls who works there told me that she 'wouldn't have really minded if her save the dates were crooked'. I find that hard to believe! She acted like she couldn't understand why I was so upset that my Save the Dates were crookred and off center. Not great customer service!!

Excellent Quality, Great Customer Service!. I went to Paper Goose when in need of some reply cards in kind of a hurry... and online just isn't enough of a guarantee. They were close and have been around forever so upon the advice of a friend who has used them multiple times, I decided to give them a try. Amazingly, their prices right here in upscale Studio City were actually cheaper than online places and the quality was outstanding! Plus, getting to see and touch the paper made such a difference. They communicated wonderfully and my order came out absolutely gorgeous and within only a few days. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough, they were first rate all around!

What a relief. I cant even express what a relief it was to enter Paper Goose. I wanted beautiful invitaitons and I not only got exactly what I was looking for I had an amaziing experience. Jennifer and Rob, the owners, are beautiful hard working people. Jennifer was able to work with my timeframe and needs and we created the perfect letterpressed , custom wedding invitations. My mother and I wept when we picked them up. I have to say the aire and vibe in Paper Goose made me comfortable, happy and really excited about all the things involved in getting ready for the big day. They even printed custom escort cards, programs, table cards .. you name it they were willing to make my visions become reality. And they carry hundreds of other lines ... It was a wonderful experience and I wish every bride could have it!

A Wonderful Place!. My husband and I first discovered Paper Goose when we were looking for a place to get our wedding invitations. From all of the places we went in the LA area, Paper Goose had the best and most original selection for the best price! Jennifer was so friendly and helpful in creating our invitations. The invitations were ready on time, and they were flawless! We received endless compliments on them!

I now love going to Paper Goose for gift shopping. You can always find something interesting and unique! And the customer service is the best! Don't miss this great place. Go now!

Friendliest, most helpful staff!. I went to Paper Goose in December to finalize my holiday shopping and found several unique, fun, and stylish gifts for my family. The staff was very helpful, and most of all, friendly during the stressful holiday season. Their stationery and paper assortment was the best I have seen anywhere. Overall, a very pleasing shopping experience. Thanks Paper Goose!

I Heart Paper Goose. Paper Goose is the most lovely store in town. I can always count on them having cute and unique items. I love the coupon holder I bought. It's useful and fashionable. I always refer friends who are looking fo invites, stationery, or cute gifts. Everyone is very helpful.

More than Paper!. This store is great because not only do they have a wide array of paper selection to handle ANY event- weddings, bah mitzvahs, baby showers, birthday parties, etc... this store has so many unique qift items. The owners really take their time selecting products that will provide value and that are also different that what's out there currently. I personally don't like buying things that anyone can get anywhere. I want people to feel special, like I really took the time to find something nice and perfect for them.

I've referred several people to them and I plan to use them for all of my stationery needs. I don't live in California, but hey customer service is everything!!

Excellent Stationers. My experience with Paper Goose has been nothing but stellar. Jennifer and her husband are the new owners, and in my opinion they posess excellent customer service skills and great ideas for all things gifty and stationery-y :)

I commissioned Paper Goose to do my wedding invitations with absolutely no idea what I wanted going in there, and together with Julie, their fabulous designer, we not only created a unique and beautiful invitation that already has my family oooh-ing and aaah-ing, but they exceeded my expectations in terms of deadlines and deliverables. I was so pleased I had them design my favor tags as well. I am a firm advocate in supporting my local businesses so I am sure I will return to Paper Goose for all my stationery needs.

A MAGICAL PLACE. Paper Goose is an amazing place. When you walk in the door, you won't believe your eyes. It is a wonderland of gifts, absolutely brimming with hand-picked goodies. It's the one place I know I can go to find the PERFECT gift for anyone. Whether I'm looking for a business gift, or something special to touch someone's heart, I know I will find it there. I was surprised that the prices were so reasonable. Their stationary department is first class. The staff is tasteful, creative and helpful. I did my daughter's birth announcement with them and they walked me through the whole process with such personal service. The results were absolutely breathtaking. Paper Goose is first class, all the way.
