Actually two properties in one, an expansive but homey country-style main building and a smaller lot across the street, there are 21 rooms total, including the honeymoon favorite grand suite. Each is individually decorated with a mix of old-fashioned floral touches, soft hues of blue and yellow, and modern touches like high-thread-count linens and down comforters. All feature fireplaces, central heat and air, and complimentary bottled water. Full turndown service is offered, along with twice daily maid visits.

Look GoodAll guests are entitled to a complimentary tasting at the Fess Parker Winery, but it's located along the Foxen Canyon, not onsite. There is an afternoon wine and cheese reception at the hotel.
