BAD SERVICE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!

I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!

Big Expectations, Huge Dissappointment

I came here because ACA was the only local shop other than the dealer that was certified to work on hybrids, so I took my Honda Civic Hybrid in for transmission trouble on 8/5/11...spent $450 and it took 2-1/2 days on repairs that didn’t take care of the symptoms. Customer service guy (Dave) even called me on 8/15/11 for a survey...I complained and he promised a call back the next day to provide a discount but NEVER called back. Then, my car breaks down on 8/18/11 the way home ONE WEEK after the $450 repair with a total transmission failure. I end up towing it to Honda and trading it in at a loss. They have a lot of good reviews but I got them at the absolute WORST and cannot recommend them at all. I have not ruled out a complaint with the BBB.
