He was more than helpful. We took four different cars out for a test, and he answered all of our questions. He took the time to understand our needs and wants in a vehicle and spent the time trying to find the best fit for us with the vehicles they had on the lot and in their system-wide database. He was patient while my husband and I made decisions and then led us through the entire purchase process. I would definitely recommend CarMax in Duarte to anyone looking for a used car.
