Best Shop in Town. Vj's is Awesome. . Vj is a Master Tech & Really knows is stuff,He has a great staff,fantastic warranty (2 years/24,000 miles), excellent customer lounge (with free computer & drinks), very cleaver Coupon Calenders, and some of the BEST TECH is the business.

I was treated better than family ( family has to wait to get their car worked on )

Good Family Man with a Great Business & they are Growing. . .Both Sides of the Street & always Getting Better

Treated Like a Queen. I was treated like a queen - almost like I was a family member...the red carpet treatment & I just needed a oil change. . .

WOW was I Surprised & pleasantly Pleased

My friend bought me a Groupon for Vj's

But I just shrugged it off. . . A car repair shop coupon give me a break ( where's the Hook ?)

I will have to eat my words...they were great!

I go back without a Groupon cause all this is about $40

Awesome customer service and great work. I had a few issues with my minivan and knew I had been putting of repairs that I needed, so I finally decided to take the plunge and go in for a tune up. The owner was there and was really helpful. He told me he would take a look and get back to me. He called back in a few hours and said things weren't as bad as I had thought and that the repairs would only cost a few hundred dollars. I was amazed. This is a great shop I would recommend to anyone.

Quality repairs, perfect customer service!. VJ's has taken care of my every automotive service & repair need for years. From tires to oil changes, to fixing previously botched repairs by other mechanics...they always take care of me like family.

VJ and his staff are friendly, reliable, and are not out to take advantage of anyone. They are the most honest auto service shop I've ever come across and I have no intention of ever taking any car/truck to anyone but them.

They are THAT good at what they do! Every friend I've recommended get their car repaired by VJ's has raved about how great they are. We are all repeat customers for life :-)

Great Service!!. I have been using VJ's exclusively for nearly 10 years. I have seen him grow from a very small bay at a local gas station to about 8 bays. You can tell a good mechanic by how busy he is., While VJ and his staff are busy, they will find time to work you in and get you back on the road as soon as possible. VJ has always dealt very fairly with me (being a single woman, that means alot, when most try to take advantage of the unsuspecting). IMy 1998 Avalon is cared for by VJ and his staff and I trust their expertise in maintaining and servicing my car. VJ and Dane work very hard to run a positive and forthright business.

Felt very comfortable. Overall a good expereince. Guys at this place clearly know what they are talking about. Brought my car to the dealer a few months ago for a problem, supposedly they fixed it. Then my car broke down, VJ's was the closest shop so I got towed there by AAA. These guys were able to CORRECTLY diagnose my car and actualy fix it without breaking my bank. Everyone was nice and I got lots of updates while the car was being diagnosed and repaired. Would definitely bring my car back.

Above and beyond!. I'd read reviews from random sites and decided to go with the highly-rated VJ's Auto Service. To pass time (and fill my empty stomach) while they diagnosed my rather loud brake problem, I took about a 1/3 mile walk to get a hamburger and left them my cell phone number. About 20 minutes later, one of the guys came down (he knew where I'd be) to let me know what my car needed. (My stupid cell wasn't working.) How nice was that?!

All the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain what was happening and answering all my questions.

When I was about to back up to leave, someone noticed one of my brake lights out, so they replaced it right then and there for nothing! It might seem insignificant in terms of cost, but they certainly didn't have to do that and doing so proved just one more step toward making me a solid, dedicated customer.

Besides great service and competitive pricing, It's the little things like all I mentioned above that create repeat customers and encourage them to spread the word, which is what I'm doing. I've since gone back a number of times and have been treated professionally and kindly by all staff members making this my go-to place for all future auto service.
