"Lots to look at, low prices" says CharmandHappy

Located just over the bridge of Pico Rivera to Montebello, you can't miss it. The staff is always helpful. If they don't have an item, they are happy to refer you if they know. That's how I met them. Someone walked in asking if they knew of good family entertainer. Someone there referred them to CharmandHappy (me, my company) and I went down there in person to thank them.
They asked me for cards and a photo and even had my poster up for years. To this day, they still refer me. I am greatful.
They offer wonderful balloon decorations by Teresa who works in the balloons section there.
