Exceptional items include finger-thin fried spring rolls wrapped in lettuce, juicy soup dumplings packed with chives and pork, tender pork spare ribs and eel noodle soup. Unusual desserts include tiny mochi rice balls floating in fermented rice wine and eight treasure rice pudding with peanuts.
