Pricy, and probably not worth it; They take advantage of the dearth of local Audi dealers. Given the high end cars that Rusnak sells, it's depressing that they can't carry any of that service-oriented attitude over towards their service department. The window in my car got knocked off of its track, prompting me to call to set up an appointment for 730 the next morning (when they first opened). After waiting in line for a half hour, I was herded into their (temporary) trailer office. I told the service rep what had happened, and he immediately diagnosed it as a problem that was a lot more expensive than I expected but didn't bother to give a real explanation of what went wrong. Instead, his "explanation" was pure patronizing and reflected no listening at all but rather a desire to sell and get on to the next customer. I was then directed to an adequate waiting area (nice tv, coffee & tea, but nothing to eat/ read) while my car was worked on. I was charged for 2 hours worth of labor, which consisted of taking a door panel off, changing one item, and putting the panel back on.

The repair has held up (it's only been a few days, but still), and I can use my window again, so there was some value to this. However, given the option, drive the few extra miles to a different Audi dealership.
