BED BUGS

My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express Valencia/Santa Clarita. We checked in, the hotel staff were very nice. The first morning we woke up my 7 year old son had bites on him. I had a few on me as well. I was thinking I got a mosquito bite. And I just noticed there were three of them. And then later on, I started to notice, up by my shoulder, there were more bites. And I went out and got some Benadryl, took Benadryl, went to sleep, everything seemed ok. We stayed 3 nights. On the way home my son and I broke out in rashes. When we woke up at home the next day I'm like -- got bites all over me. We went to the Dr only to find out these bites were those from bed bugs. Management did nothing, they denied it was bed bugs.Basically acted like we were crazy and swept in under the rug. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL, THEY HAVE BED BUG

my family had a great vacation at this hotel!

My family had a great stay at this hotel. For being right across the street from Magic Mountain it was surprisingly quiet. I was afraid there would be a lot of rowdy tourists but they?re really weren?t. We had a complimentary breakfast every morning, with eggs and sausage and everything. Not the typical ?coffee and a box of donuts?. The free internet at the hotel was a plus for me, and my kids loved the pool. The location could not have been better for our trip to Magic Mountain- I recommend this hotel to anyone headed out there looking for a good night?s sleep.

• Pros: loved the location and service. breakfast was good and also free!
• Cons: maybe some more room amenities?

Our favorite!

We've stayed in this hotel twice. Had a great experience. The room looked nicely furnished. The staff were courteous and efficient. There was a large pool. There is a lovely sink and refrigerator in the room making the stay very comfortable. A very comfortable room.

Amazing Hotel

As a frequent business traveler, I usually stay in larger hotels; but this hotel had everything I was looking for. The staff was friendly and courteous from housekeeping to managment. Needs were met virtually before I even asked and always with a pleasant attitude. I was made to feel very welcome and at home... Business travelers take note, this hotel will provide you with the services of larger competitors and do it all with a smile.
