Starlite Cottage a truly cottage like setting. I along with my family had a one week stay at the Starlite Cottage in Sherman Oaks in the 3rd week of Oct 2010. We were surprised and impressed with the warm hospitality and customer service offered by the Manager on site. They took every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel made it just easier and convenient for our stay. We as a family highly recommend this hotel and have had no regrets and plan to come back in the future.

This place is disgusting!!!. This place is run by shady owners who want you to pay 'in cash'. There are no telephones in the rooms, the towels are dirty and feel like sandpaper, there are many 'hourly' only customers going in and out all the time.I am sure persons who make their living in prostitution prefere this place. Personal safety is an issue. Cops were called twice while I was there....hint...They don't give refunds.
