Bad Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. They offer gluten free pizzas, but don't make any consideration to apply the deals that they run on those who are gluten intollerant and just want the deal applied to the gluten free pizzas.

For example, Buy 3 Pizzas Get 1 Free. Ok, so if I buy 3 Gluten Free Pizzas I should get 1 Free. No. Or... Buy 1 Pizza Rustica, Get other Half off. Let me buy 1 Gluten Free Pizza and get a Pizza Rustica as my Half off. No. And what makes no sense is these gluten free pizzas are SMALL, cost more... so in the end they would be making more off of us with the deal anyways. The manager was a total douchebag when we tried asking him to make a consideration. Although, when I go to the Zpizza up in the Valley they made the effort to give me the deal. That's what you call bad customer service mr west hollywood manager... and in the end how you lose customers. Especially when you are dealing with people that have food allergies and you give them trash talk back for it.

Don't eat here. Save your $$$ and go across the street to Pizza Rustica or if you are gluten intollerant, go to the Fresh Corn Grill that just opened down the block near the 24 hr gym.

Great salads - fresh and healthy ingredients

I wish the local Z Pizzas made gluten free pizza. It's disappointing because their national website advertises a gluten - free crust. You'd think in Los Angeles where everyone is up to date on what ails us, the owners would be more motivated to serve. Based on the taste of everything else I've tried, I know they would do a great job but haven't invested the effort to become one of L.A.'s great gluten free pizza makers.

I think it's rather unfortunate for them because there are a lot of folks in this town who would like to have an alternative to the dry, tasteless, cracker - like, gluten-free crust of Pizza Fusion. C'mon, Z Pizza, we're waiting!

Tasty and healthy ingredients! Organica pizza, Greek salad, and pasta are all great! Friendly staff and great location as well! So fresh.

Great pizza

The chicken pizza is tasty, different than other places'. Also the price is reasonable, not expensive. It's a great place for a quick lunch!

Great tasting. There are loads of interesting toppings and menu choices to pick from. There is a clear effort to make a superior pizza here, both in terms of quality and healthier ingredients. They deliver too!
