Watch out before you give your credit card number.
This office is like a shark!!! When you call to make your first consultation appointment, they will ask your credit card number, which I felt very weird in the first place.
I never visited this office, but was charged $150 for canceling the consultation appointment. Can you believe this? On the same appointment date, I called them twice but ended up leaving two voicemails. They never returned the call and just billed $150 on my credit card. When I looked at my credit card bill about a month later, I found this and called them to ask if they can return some portion because they did not notify me correctly. The answer was just NO! and I was too late to dispute.
What can I say... Just Greedy Dentist. My bad luck!
