They have TRASH working there!. Don't bother stopping by, there are a lot of other GREAT pizza parlors that APPRECIATE their customers and the money they spend there! Victor J's is run by ignorant TRASH! I don't know who the people are that work there (HAVE TO BE FAMILY), but it's obviously they aren't scared to lose their chicken *hit paying jobs!

I was the witness of one their employees NAME-CALLING a paying customer?!?!?! They have this obnoxious ol' hag that is mouthy (spewing ignorance and stupidity with glee!) and dopey, it's easy to see why she works at a pizza parlor at her age! This lady was SO dumb/ignorant that she was yelling at the customer (who btw had his wife and daughter with him) about having a husband & three children....God Bless her family and what they must go through living with this hump of flesh!

The man was asked a question about a previous problem by an employee behind the counter and this seemingly VERY unhappy woman butted in EVERY time the man took a breath to answer the question....it was disgraceful behavior by a woman who CLAIMED to have three children! The woman was UNnecessarily rude to the PAYING customer who was there to pick-up his pizza. This lady winged insults and cursed at the man like she was raised in a Trailer Park.....it was SO embarrassing!!

It's amazing in the economy we're living in today that small businesses STILL don't have a clue! Small businesses especially NEED to treat their PAYING customers with respect! Word of mouth business is SO important for a small business to thrive and survive....someone should remind these knit-wits of that fact!

I will NEVER spend my HARD EARNED money in this hole in the wall ever again and I suggest "YOU" don't either unless you LIKE being abused when you spend your HARD EARNED money!

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK!. The best philly cheesesteak sandwich on the westside. I miss it every time I trek back up north. Give it a shot... especially on a sunny day sitting out on the street.

Not What I Was Led to Believe. Tried this after years of people telling me how good it is. Average is the best I can say. I consider myself a good judge of Italian food but realize everyone has their specific taste in pizza, etc. The pizza was bland and the cold "sub" had a kind of sweet taste that really turned me off. Won't go back.

Try a new Culver City pizza place named LaRocca's, on Main Street.

High Prices, Bad Hours, but compared to competition a decent pizza for the area. Would I rush back to Victor Jr.'s? No...and not in any manner am I saying run to Victor Jr.s. Even if I did your trip might be wasted to the horrible hours they're open. Closing early and closed on weekends? They don't deliver after 8:30 either. It seems this place caters to Sony...across the street and it seems to be working due to the lack of competition for a "normal pizza" in the area. Pizza prices are outrageous also. For an 18 inch cheese you'll pay 14....add an automatic 15% if you have it delivered. The specialty pizzas are priced for the rich $18-23

The pizza itself has a soft rounded crust and a thin base to it. The sauce it somewhat sweet and not bad at all. I think the sauce saved the pizza from the trash. I rec. going around the corner and going to Lucia's where it is by one get one free for half the price....in other words....you're paying for one pizza when you could be eating four. Have fun and hopefully the pasta is better than the pizza.

Rubbery Pizza, Lucky Location. Probably not the best pizza you'll ever eat and probably pretty close to the worst. The cookies taste like chalk and the service is... eh. My pizza was cold and rubbery and was told that I could not sit at an outside table because they are reserved for two or more people. Sorry for having lunch by myself. Gawd. Also on the tables outside there is a not too subtle sign saying how customers are encouraged to tip and to be sure not to miss the tip jar inside! What a complete turn-off. I'm crossing this one off my list.

Tasty Pizza; Spaghetti Is Good, Too. Victor Jr.'s has one of the best-tasting pizzas in Los Angeles. I usually get two slices of pepperoni, which costs me less than five dollars. I once ordered a large mushroom and sausage pizza, which I liked as well.

I like their pizza crust as it is chewy and semi-soft. The cheese on the pizza is stringy -- another positive.

I recommend this place. The spaghetti is worthwhile, too.

Great hole-in-the-wall eatery!. I have tried almost everything on the menu at Victor Jr's and I yet to be disappointed! The pizza is great, and the hot italian entrees are all very tasty, but the true gem of this place is the phenominal cold roast beef sandwich. I dare you to find a better one!

Best Pizza on the Westside!. For an LA joint, I would dare to say that Victor J's (as it's known to the locals) ranks up there with the pizza you find in NYC, grease and all. Yes, it's that good! We've dined in, taken out, and have had food delivered. As a dine-in, keep your party small (under 4) 'cause seating is limited once it gets busy. There are no kiddie seats available so be prepared to take junior in your lap if you plan on dining in. Try out their beer batter cheese sticks and Ranch dressing, too. Their one, and I think only downfall, they're CLOSED on weekends. It's a bummer because sometimes you get that craving for yummy, NY style pizza on a Saturday night. And for those of us without our private jets to get us to John's of NYC for the next best thing, we just gotta wait until Monday.
