Ballys on Victory in North Hollywood

Customer service is so bad that if you take in a friend the friend may never speak to you again. The pool is cloudy for months on end, you have to wait to use the equipment because it's always so busy and it smells bad! The personnel won't give you the time if day unless you want to sign up someone new. Skip this club!

• Pros: Indoor track, lots of equipment
• Cons: Parking, staff, pool condition

This gym is grody

I have been a member of Bally's for a number of years now. I am finally fed up with the condition of this gym! I am not much for locker rooms, it had been years since I had actually gone in one. But I decided to work out on my way to work and BOY was I in for a shock. The lockers were broken and dirty, I had to try three of them until I found one that would close. Okay, here's the kicker. The shower cutains had MILDEW ALL OVER THEM!! I was so afraid to touch anything. So, I sent an email to their member services but I've had no response. I have to say, the membership is cheap but I would much rather pay a little extra and not get a strange disease.

This gym smells

This gym in north hollywood is mediocre at best...I used to go there every so often because it was a pretty decent ballys with a indoor track,swimming pool, sauna..etc. But its so crowded its not even funny..Theres really also no wheer to park..And the clientel isnt to friendly...They smell like they need to bathe in tomato juice...You have to wait around for minutes just to use certain equipment...And the ballys workers will hassle the hell out of you if you bring a guest...Screw this ballys go to pasadena..actually dont...I dont want that gym to get crowded....
