wouldn't trust service department

Went in to buy 2 tires and get the oil changed on my Xterra, went home after the service was completed and my husband checked it out and saw that the oil filter was from the place I had last had my oil changed (The Nissan Dealer), long story short PEP BOYS never changed the oil. When I called the manager he said for me to bring it in and he would check it out, when I went in He wasnt there, he had left 5 minutes after making plans to take cae of the matter. Called corporate and they shoved me back down to that same manager.
In the end I got back the $35 I paid to get the oil changed and a pat on the back.
- Pros: Nice snacks
- Cons: Customer Service was real bad!
