This company is unreliable; they lack organization and consistency. Though their prices may be cheaper than other companies but it's because their needs come before everything else; including the customer. Mistakes, miscommunication and generally bad business practices are the best way to describe Alex Party Rent. I do not recommend using them, pay a fraction more with another company and give yourself piece of mind for your special event.

I will never rent from this place. It has ruined my wedding. I had ordered things that never arrived on time. I had expected a specific color and got whatever they thought I should have. When I complained about it they ignored me. I don't know who wrote the previous positive review but unless Claudia is suffering from a dual personality I think I have been doing business with her evil tween, who happens to be named after her. Claudia not only ruined my wedding, she charged me for it big time. She recommended photographers that never showed up, I ended up taking picuture myself. It took Claudia a week to come pick up her tables and plates, I had to pay extra for keeping her stuff in the place I rented for the reception. I tried to talk to Claudia about this but she ignored me, saying things in Spanish. She probably needs medication because no one in her right mind would do and say what she says. I think I am going to need medication after what she did to my wedding. The most important day in my life and she ruined it. Hopefully I will have a better judgement for my second wedding. Please don't do business with this woman, you will regret it all your life.
Pros: There is nothing nice to say about this company
Cons: Claudia is evil and stupid at the same time. She is evil and needs medication
