I go to their Venice shop since they opened in 1999 and quickly became a fan. Since they opened the Santa Monica location i mostly go there since they are bigger and have a bigger selection, but the Venice shop is still the original local place to go. If you buy a bike from them they offer free lifetime service and you can either drop your bike for repair in Santa Monica or Venice, which is very nice.
Pros: free lifetime service, parking in rear, 2 locations

These guys know bikes better than anyone! I like their selection - especially in the Santa Monica store. They have everything - reasonable priced and also have a full service center!
