Friendly and always has what Im looking for no matter what. Whenever I go or call, they have what Im looking for! The person who is behind the counter is friendly, helpful and makes me feel comfortable no matter what Im renting. No judgement here!

BEST IN THE WEST!!!!!. ODYSSEY VIDEO ROCKS MY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are the best video store in the area. I am a big fan of the store, the clerks, and their selection. They are very accommodating to their customers. FRIDAY is FREE POPCORN TOO!!!! I support the small establishments so that we can continue to retain the knowledge and expertise as well as to support the small business owner.

When I lived in Seattle, I was a fan of Scarecrow Video, which I would equate to that level of service and knowledge. The people behind the counter remain consistent which leads me to believe that they are treated well by their management. I also believe that it is a better experience because they always smile when greeting their customers. I am not as frequent of a renter as others probably, but when I do walk into the store there is a sense of recognition on their faces which I like. However, they are not invasive. They do not give me a cavity with sugar coating the welcome experience. They are down to earth and I believe that they are doing a great job of realigning their collection to meet the DVD demand that is now more prevalent than the VHS that they once had more in stock.

They have rare to find DVDs, indies, collections organized by Directors, and other arrangements that always allure me to take a look at the way they have organized and presented the various collections that they have on display.

Visit them! You will see for yourself!

Skip Blockbuster and head over here. After deciding I didn't want to bother bringing in a bill to prove to Blockbuster who I was, I dropped into Odyssey and was pleasantly surprised.

While they're no Vidiots or Cinephile, their selection of foreign films and less mainstream films are usually enough to satiate meespecially their large selection of films from Asia including everything from films from China's fifth generation filmmakers to Hong Kong action flicks to Kurosawa films.

Their sections are a bit difficult to navigate, with DVDs crammed in so you have to browse by spine, but their staff recommendation and notable director section are a great help to picking out a movie when you're just not sure what kind of movie you want to watch. And the number of each movie they have isn't always great compared to larger chains, but their selection is better overall.

The staff is always helpful and friendly and just the other day they gave me popcorn with my movie. I don't know why and I haven't eaten the popcorn yet, but I appreciate the generosity.

And if you're still in the VHS age, they have a lot of them. Some are for sale too.

Love Ths Place!. All of the employees are really great! Always really helpful, and their Tuesday & Thursday specials are fantastic!

Okay video. Small video shop. Okay selection. They're always playing movies with the volume too high. It can be annoying while you are looking.
