Brides: Shop somewhere else!!!. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ST.PUCCHI to anyone. The owner is very rude and money hungry! The staff is terrible and incompetent!. When i purchased the dress, i spent up to $1000 on alterations!They called me and said the dress was ready for pick up, i drove 4 hours to pick it up and then they realized it WAS NOT ready and someone made a mistake calling me. The owner took their side and told me to "get over it" and to pick up the dress next time and when i told her about the Inconvenience her staff had caused me, she laughed and did not think it was a big deal! She made me cry too because I was so mad and I had spent $6,000 on my dress!! One of the main alterations that they were supposed to do was not even made to my dress!! They refused to give me a refund for the part they DID NOT do so i had to pay AGAIN somewhere else to have it done right. ugh what a headache!

WARNING: ST. PUCCHI MAKES BRIDES CRY!. I bought my dress in April and was treated like royalty. When my dress actually came in (September), Pucchi had a new manager, Sharon, who lied to me and my fiance many times, told me I was INCONVIENCING her, told the seamstress to not work on my dress because I might not be able to pay for the alterations (which had me in the back room crying!) and all this -- after my fiance had brought $900 in cash to the store two weeks earlier (because Sharon wouldn't even let me LOOK at my dress until I paid the final payment). The designer happened to be there for a trunk show. She took Sharon's side and then told me I owed another $200 for a mistake THEY had made on my dress. PUCCHI might have fairytale dresses, but they treat their brides like pond scum and enjoy making them cry.
