Happily ever after. I dont know why so many people are complaining. Maybe they haven't been there in a while, but i just purchased my dress from there and have never been happier. I was greeted with a smiling face and made to feel special as soon as i walked through the door. The girls that work there know what they are doing. The thing i liked the most was that the owner of the store not only designs your dress with you, if you are having a custom made dress but she is there to make sure that ever fitting goes well. I would recommend this place to everyone i know. LOVED IT THERE!!

the best deal on a bridal gown. I liked this place very much , they are liquidating the Glendale location and getting rid of there samples in the other store in Studio City .

OMG you guys the prices are incredibly low . Good or not you should definitely give them a try and see the gowns , i mean they are a good price

Insincere. If you measure up, they give you up to 30% discount. If you don't, they charge you 30% more. Avoid.

Beautiful dresses and helpful staff. I ordered a pronovias dress from here. The customer service was excellent and the alterations were perfect. The people that worked there were very nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable compared to other places I looked. I also got a free beautiful veil and a discount on jewelry. They are willing to negotiate prices on extras if you buy your dress there.They even told me that if I felt their prices for steaming and alterations were too high, I should feel free to look somewhere else for those services! The only problem I had was that my dress came in about 2 weeks after it was scheduled to arrive, but in the end I was very happy with the way everything turned out. I think when people are happy, they often don't bother to write a review, but when they have a bad experience that is the first thing they do. I had a great experience and would recommend the place!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

You only get married once, and if you want to avoid a nightmare, go elsewhere! I wish I would have done some research before ordering my dress... service seems nice and friendly at first, they will probably say yes to everything and even match prices. They seem so nice that you even don't check the dress size you tried on and believe that they will order the right size. You will leave happy UNTIL your dress arrives...

You will then realize that all the promises they made were false, the dress is WAY TOO BIG, a SCAM to charge you more for alterations (tried on a 6, fit perfectly, they ordered an 8). Moreover, the defects in the dress are minimized. They all turn into heartless monsters and break every rule of customer service (even to a bride with a ruined dress 4 weeks before the wedding). If you ask to take the dress for a second opinion, they make you sign a paper (which they type up in front of you *B.S) stating that once you leave with the dress you are no longer welcome back in the store. They will then throw your dress in a black garbage bag (not the elegant bag that the dress came in which YOU paid for) and send you off on your miserable way!

I had a friend get married a week before this happened and her dress was defective as well. the alterations lady promised to fix the defect on two separate occasions, and then promised that the corrections were made the day before the wedding. They told her that she could not open the bag because the dress was steamed and she took their word that the correction was maid... IT WASN'T! she spent her entire wedding holding up her dress...

I wish this were a simple restaurant review, where you could just avoid going back after a bad experience. However, this is your wedding and hopefully there is no second time! You have enough on your plate as is, don't add more unnecessary stress. GO ELSEWHERE!

Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover. At first this place may seem modern and chic, but within 15 minutes you will see that this operation caters to those that are either ignorant or illiterate. The dresses are marked 3 times higher than the same dresses I found at another bridal shop. They act as though they are doing you a favor by being there. I was in the shop when I heard the sales person tell another bride that they could only give her 10 minutes because she did not have an appointment. If I had been the other bride I would have turned on my heels and walked out (she did about 5 minutes later). There are enough places to shop in this town and I would stay away from this place. I ended up purchasing in Beverly Hills. Don't be intimidated by Beverly Hills friends. Go to Renee Strauss. You will feel right at home.

LADIES, LADIES- JUST BECAUSE ITS IN LA DOESN'T MEAN ITS THE BEST. I'M WRITING IN CAPS B/C THE ONLY POSITIVE FEEDBACK THIS BRIDAL STORE GOT WAS WRITTEN IN CAPS..MAYBE ITS TO GET OUR ATTENTION...NOT!! THE PERSON THAT WROTE THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK WAS PROBABLY A STAFF OF THE STORE B/C NO ONE HAD GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR CRAPPY STORE. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE YOUR DAY AND IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE RUINED BY SOME INCONSIDERATE EMPLOYEE AT A BRIDAL SHOP.

LADIES, SEARCH AND SEARCH- BUT IF THE STAFF IS RUDE LEAVE YOU CAN FIND YOUR WEDDING GOWN ELSEWHERE. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WILL THEY BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AFTER THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU? NO I DON'T THINK SO. IF THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CLASS, THEY WILL TREAT YOU THAT WAY UNTIL THE END FROM THE SEAMSTRESS, OWNER AND ESPECIALLY THE STAFF. MAYBE THEY ARE TRAINED TO BE RUDE. IF THEY ARE RUDE THE FIRST TIME AROUND, THEY WILL BE RUDE UNTIL THE END NO MATTER WHAT. SO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND STRESS & GO ELSEWHERE. HOPEFULLY, WHEN THEY DO NOT GET ENOUGH BUSINESS, THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS...AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

Phony Baloney. The dresses are nothing special. The sales staff is rude and un-helpful. I cannot believe what consumers will tolerate. There are SO many great stores in Los Angeles, there is no reason to drive to this store and feel like you have to beg them to be friendly. It is embarrassing and hurtful.

A typical LA bridal store.. I honestly can't believe that this store is at all successful. Snotty sales staff, overpriced dresses and accessories and a pushy attitude. Maybe this is what Los Angeles brides like, but I personally was looking for professional advice, friendly service and a high quality dress for under $3000. I wasn't going to find that at R-Mine, so I went elsewhere.

BEST AND PROMPT SERVICE. I HAD A LAST MINUTE WEDDING TO ATTEND AND ARMINE OF R-MINE BRIDAL DESIGNED AND PUT TOGETHER A BEAUTIFUL AND FUNKY EVENING GOWN IN LESS THAN TEN DAYS. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND R-MINE BRIDAL TO ALL MY LOVED ONES.
