Italian Cuisine? You've got to be joking. How does the saying go..."fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me"?

Well I've been to this restaurant 3 times and have been disappointed all 3 times.

The only positive thing about this place is that it has a hip decor/atmosphere. Other than that, the food and service are awful.

On all 3 occasions it took at least ONE HOUR to get our entrees. Strange since we were the only customers (table of 4) there all 3 times.

Next the food. Please..

I know I bring bias to my palate as I am Italian but this food is FLAVORLESS.

I always order risotto when eating at an "Italian" restaurant for the first time. This is the acid test to any good Italian restaurant. After an hour of waiting I was served a bowl of something that wasn't made with the proper arborio rice. And whatever rice was used was not cooked thoroughly. The dish had NO FLAVOR.

The second time there, I ordered the penne pasta with sausage. I swear I've eaten canned "beef-a-roni" that had more flavor. The third time I ordered pizza thinking, "how bad could the pizza be?" Well it was bad.

Many think that Italian cuisine is an easy preparation. It can be BUT it must be done correctly. It certainly the case at "Night Moon"

The best hidden secret in Glendale, so delish. I've visited this restaurant many times esp. for birthday lunches w/the gang from work (we often reserve the banquet room) and the food was exceptional, Salmon Salad to die for the salmon was a bit crispy on the outside and so delicate and tender in the inside..the Chicken sandwich "Panini" was crazy good.

But to my suprise on Weds nights there's a live International Band and Mediterean food, was a feast, the night scene at this place was so diff than the lunch one..you thought you were someplace completely different and the food was so delicious. Of most restaurants in Glendale, this had the freshest and highest of quality of Mid Eastern food and such portions !!

On Thursday we went again and there was live jazz...this place is hopping, great food, trendy ambience yet home style feeling!!

I soooo recommend this place...I know you will love it too.

Good food. We had dinner here a few weeks ago and it was great! I had the mushroom ravioli which was homemade and the sauce deliciously different. We shared a mixed greens salad with grilled vegetables which was outstanding. They serve olive tapenade with the bread instead of butter which was a nice surprise. Their house wine was a lovely complement. The service was very attentive and we even got a complimentary tiramisu which was delightful - and I don't even like dessert!

average italian fare. I read several positive reviews for Notte Luna so we for dinner last week and it was disappointing. The homemade pasta is good but the sauce is subpar. I had the mushroom ravioli which is made at the restaurant. It is tender but a little bland and the sauce tasted like it came out of jar. The salad is average and the parmesan cheese tasted like it came from a can. The service was OK and the atmosphere was simple but elegant. If you're looking for really good Italian food, I'd try someplace else.
