Professional individuals!!!!!. individuals with many years of experience. As soon as I called them I know that I was talking with professionals. It was than that I found out I was talking to a Respiratory Therapist. They know exactly what I needed and they also took time to explain in detail on how to work the machine. (My Doctor did not explain what and how I would use the machine!!) Thank you so much. I will be back for supplies and refer you to my family and friends.
