The BFCU really needs to get with the times and go online. I've had my account there for 25 years and still maintain an account there even though I moved out of state two years ago. Since I'm out of state now, I'd like to see my account online! The only reason I maintain my account at this rate is that the customer service is very personal and very good; also the free ATM when I go back to LA. But I don't know how they can continue to keep customers much longer in the future, since more and more people are going to be demanding online access.
Pros: Free ATM for whatever bank card you use from any bank, good parking
Cons: No online account service

It just seems to me that with all the modern conviences of today the credit union would be able to keep up with the times. Every time I ask about being able to make payments, etc. on-line they always respond saying they hope to have that set up in the near future. They have been saying that to me now for at least 3 years. Because of this dis-advantage, I am hesitant to use this bank as my everyday account. I use it only for loans, etc. I sure hope that they are looking into this very seriously. Most people want the convience of paying all bills online. Thank you Cheree Border
