Kim Kessler is a disgrace to all bridal
designers, and sore owners.
She is TALENTLESS, Rude, knows nothing about respect for clients, thier needs, and shes a scam artist and a LIAR.
Im hlad she went out of business.
She brought all her bad karma on herself!

THANK YOU GOD!!!.
I used to drive by this place all the time. My wedding is in January, and went by to see that its not there. Was confused about the addresses. Im glad I googled this place before I was redirected to this new location.
I just wanted to finally check the inside of this place out. Thank heaven for the ladies who are on here warning people of negative experiences.
This is CRAAAZY!!
I didnt want a custom gown, and dont think I will ever want one, nor would I ever pay first to have anything dyed.

Ive seen and heard EANOUGH to keep LOOKING~~~.
Recently visited shop. 7/08
Was shetchy when I was informed of pricing, Upon further inspection of displayed dresses, I was reluctant to do business.
I am now convinced that KIKI Origins is not a business I would like to do business with.
In fact, my wedding is not something I choose to gamble with, too much is at stake in my own persoanl opinion.
The people who own this place should take thier business more seriously. Discombobulated dresses, Wrong colors, no refuns on wrong colored shoes, and over pricing on materials.
These people should be ashamed of themselves, and SHUT DOWN.
I wont be returning.
Thank you to all the kind ladies who are keeping us son-to-be brides informed of these scams, and criminal business people.

Highly Recommended. I've seen a lot of reviews bashing Ki Ki Originals and i would just like to say that i've had the best experience with her. She's been nothing but nice, friendly and very helpful when it comes to my dress and making my flower girl dress. Her price was reasonable and she has called me back every time i've contacted her. I'm sorry for your experiences, but, my wedding is in 3 weeks, and i am satisfied with the work and care that has gone into the dresses she has made. Kim was referred to me by another friend of mine, and i will continue to refer her to my friends.

Keep Walking and dont look back!!!.
My sisters wedding was almost a complete disaster due to This so called, alleged bridal shop.
Wish we would have googled this shop sooner. OUR LOSS!
The woman that owns this shop is so unnecessarily rude, and has very little experience designing dresses, she cant eve make hems without screwing it up!
She is overpriced, snobby, and I think her store has a major plumbing problem because it stinks!!!
Shes conveniently located, business hours are good, but she needs alot of work on professionalism, and craftmanship! KEEP WALKING!!!
I dont recommend this place to anyone with bridal needs, They act like they are better than they actually are. And will rip you off!

are you kidding? Boo to Kiki!.
Kiki = horrible experience. I bought shoes and had them dyed butter to match my bridesmaid's dress and on Kiki's insistence, we did not include a swatch (which I had in hand) since "they already have this color". When I got the shoes back, they were not butter, BUT PINK!
When I called to find a remedy - the only thing Kim would say is that "All sales are final" and did not show any interest in helping to find a solution. More frustrating is that instead of being sympathetic or helpful, she was stubbornly insistent that it was not her fault and told me that I should get them dyed somewhere else.
I am extremely frustrated, upset and want to warn everyone that if you need good quality shoes and solid customer service, go elsewhere. Kim gives me nightmares!

Less than average... I was not particularly fond of quality of KiKi dresses. They seemed very similar to the dresses youwould purchase in DTWN LA on Santee.

Better off going to David's Bridal. KiKiOriginal Dresses are cheaply made and look tacky and cheap in store. Store Owner is VERY rude, and the store also smells like urine

easy to deal with...until she receives payment.
Kim Kessler's dedication to her patrons is high up and until the point that she receives payment. Upon receiving full payment, Kim Kessler was completely unaccomodating and did not fulfill her contractual agreement to produce the custom-ordered dress that my wife originally intended. She used in wrong fabric, which she admitted to and then later denied. Furthermore, the dress that she made did not fit and was not complete (one week prior to the wedding). She held closely to her policy that no refunds were allowed, in spite of the fact that the dress was not what my wife ordered.
Calling Kim Kessler mediocre would be a tremendous compliment to her lack of care and total unprofessionalism.
Giving her your business is an unnecessary risk with a small return at the end.
