Poor Attitude. I bought over a $1000 worth of parts on one order and asked for a refund on the radiator they sent me because they sent me two bad ones. So I was hoping to just buy a brand new one but they told me to go F--- myself when I asked for the $100 back which is the cost of radiator. Eddie is the sales man and he is very POOR at what they do. Be aware that they do not stand behind what they do and they will leave you hanging something goes wrong.

Honest to a fault. I have ordered several parts from this establishment by mail and everything I received worked perfectly save the cruise control amplifier which did not. Yet a year later (today) I told Pete, one of the owners I believe, about the problem and he said, "no problem, I'll give you a replacement when you come by for the body parts". If this isn't a great way to run a business, I don't know what is.

This will be my go-to company for restoration parts until the car is completely finished.

Friendly helpful staff with quick and efficient service!. I called Socal last week enquiring about a fender that I needed for my S500 and spoke to a guy called Eddy. After about a half hour he called back and said he would have the part for me next day. The quote was $150 cheaper than auto-shop's I had been calling around but I was assured it would be a quality used part. When I got there I was greeted warmly by all the staff and was amazed by the quality of the fender. It was pretty much brand new and came with a 6 month warranty. This guy Eddy is a real nice guy and knows his stuff...if theres a part you need he can find i for you!! The shop was fairly easy to find (right across the street from a 7eleven and 76 station) There is actually parking but its on the side street off of Carson and you have to walk round to the front entrance to get into the shop. There is also a great little mexican restaurant across from the side entrance so if your stopping for lunch I highly recommend that too!

AVOID AT ALL COST. I went to this place on the first week of April 2009. The owner of the store is completely inept and disrespectful. On my way out he said to me "are you on dope, or are you retarded". What a terrible thing to say about anybody. The people who run the place are Caucasian. They take ALL WORTHY car parts off of junked cars at places like "pick your part" junk yards. They pay $15 for a side view mirror for a Mercedes then they turn around and sell it for $137!!! With a %20 restocking fee if you need to return it!!! OMG! So if you look for car parts at the junk yard they will all be gone because of places like "Socal mercedes parts" who picked them all off the wrecking yard long before you get there. Please, avoid this place. You are wasting your time and precious money. The whole business is a scam.

I told them I didn't want the old seat cushion and springs because I'll have to wait until my next paycheck (which is true) and the guy who manages the place insults my intelligence by saying I'm either retarded or on narcotics. What's up with that? AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
