Sadly, Hezi Auto Repair closed but the owner Hezi is still fixing cars. He is a great mechanic that I have been going to for many years. Call him at (818) 300-3127, I still go to him when I need my car fixed. I still drive my 40 year old car that has so many problems but anytime I need anything Hezi just fixes my car and it is like I drove my car out of the lot. My A/C wasnt working so he replaced for cheaper than any dealer I have ever been too. If you need your car fixed, go to him!
Affordable Auto Repair that I can Trust

Wanted to dispute the reviewer below, as I have been going to Hezi for years. I began going to Hezi on a reference from my boss, our CEO who also uses Hezi. They are kind and want to help. At first i was hesitant because i normally have my car repaired at dealerships, but these days i just can't afford it. Hezi has done a major service for my car (80K), repaired a broken mirror at 1/3 the price of the dealer, replace lights for just the cost of the bulb, rotated tires, simple oil changes/tune-ups. For those items he has worked out great. There was one problem with my starter that he couldn't fix, though neither can the dealer.
- Pros: Expeirenced, and cheap.
- Cons: Not a large chain store or dealer atmosphere.
Avoid like the plague!

Worst service experience in my life. My A/C was not working in my Ford Explorer, and I took it into Hezi. They told me the condenser and some other A/C pieces needed to be replaced at a cost of hundreds of dollars. I authorized the repair. The A/C worked fine for a day before sputtering out. I took it back to Hezi. Was told one of their parts was "bad", it took two days to fix. Again, when I received the vehicle back, the A/C worked fine for a day, then went out again. I took it back to Hezi, was told there was a different problem with the A/C. They attempted to fix it *again*. After only half a day, the A/C went out.
THIS time I took the vehicle into Ford who replaced part of the A/C system and charged me around $550 or so -- they said that because some of the A/C equipment that had recently been replaced was not fitted correctly (because the parts were NOT intended for a Ford Explorer), the A/C was malfunctioning. When I spoke with Hezi and told them I wanted a refund for their failed attempts at trying to fix my vehicle, they laughed and said they "don't give refunds". I disputed the charges with my credit card/bank and Hezi refused to refund any of their charges.
I had the choice of a) going to small claims court, or b) spreading the word of how terrible my experience with Hezi Auto Repair was. I opted for the latter. I do >>NOT<< recommend Hezi to anyone!
