No voice mail, no nothing. Ill just eat KFC - doesnt affect me one bit.

Bad Service. I called in my order - the a call center by the way. They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. 50 minutes later I called to check on my pizza. I was told that they would call me back; never did. I tried to reach the store, and did. Employee said manager will pick up the line. Never did. Called again. They said manager was calling me on the other line. No call. Called a third time and now after an hour the pizza arrived. I asked for a concession. They said it arrived within a hour. They lied. I couldn't get the manager on the phone. This is the second time they've done this to me. Never again.

The best veggie pizza. Great salads.. I love the food, it's c

The food is great reasonably priced, the help is clean and helpful. I did this on my own, seeing the stupid things written about it I couldn't resist.

Going Downhill Fast. Zpizza used to be my favorite pizza (and there are many to choose from). They have gourmet selections on whole wheat crust if you like. However, over the past months, their prices and menu items have changed. First, we ordered the whole wheat crust twice in a row and got home to find "white" crust and the flavor not like it used to be (later told this is their new whole wheat crust). The next time we ordered a "large" and showed up to find a medium waiting for us. Upon asking why we were given a medium they pointed to the wall and said a medium is now a large and the large is an x-tra large. I can only imagine how many people show up and expect a pizza twice the size. It seems like a bad management decision. Not only is the new large half the size but it is only $3 less than the old large. They also changed the recipe and it just tastes bland. Village Pizzeria a few doors down is a more traditional pizzeria, but more flavorful. Tomato Pie just opened in Silverlake (one on Melrose too) and they have some pretty tasty pizza choices and a very friendly staff. Bye bye Zpizza.

Delivery Pizza is worse that what is served at the location. Texture of cardboard. The topping stops about 2 1/2 inched from the outside edge. Village Pizza is only about 100 feet from it and has far better pizza.

Find California-style Italian cuisine on the comprehensive, creative menu at this popular Larchmont pizza joint.. In Short
Though seating is limited at this small storefront lunch spot, the menu is large and diverse. Pizzas range from Italian classics like the Napoli to those with a modern international twist like the Thai, Mexican or Moroccan. The Californian-meets-Italian concept is evident with options like the "ZBQ" barbeque chicken pizza, made with chicken, roasted red peppers, cilantro and sweet corn, and the Berkeley soy cheese veggie pizza. Sandwiches with names like the "yuppie veggie sandwich" poke fun at the slightly snooty surroundings, but the endless number of healthy options on the menu is no joke. Customers can build their own calzones with low-cal ingredients like low-fat skim mozzarella or soy cheese, grilled chicken, veggie burger bites, sun-dried tomatoes or roasted eggplant among other options.

High quality pizza at a great price. I tried Z Pizza based on a recommendation and it didn't dissapoint. It's miles ahead of your typical Pizza Hut, not as divine as Cibo's pizza... but it's also not as expensive. The salads are fresh and yummy. The people are great too, from the order takers to the delivery people. I've ordered from them a couple times now and it's solid.

Simply Awful. I tried Z Pizza for the first time based on the recommendations of a few friends. I ordered the American Pizza and the antipasto salad for delivery. It took an hour on a Tuesday night. What arrived was a large COLD, soggy pizza. Absolutely nothing about the crust was crispy-it was wet. I had to reheat it in the oven on a pizza stone to warm it up and attempt to get the crust to crisp. It was awful. Worse off, the toppings were lifeless and bland. And finally, to add insult to injury, the antipasto salad was so skimpy on the salami that I had to dig to find it. I will never order from here again! Caoti, or even Pizza Hut, can build a better pizza blindfolded.

Best Pizza around...... Wider range of toppings with better meats and even low-fat and soy cheeses. My favorite pizza place!
