recommend pizza, sucks service
We just had the worst experience from your team we have ever had in all our years of patronage. The pizza took an hour as stated in the quote time, but when the driver showed up at our apartment he was holding the pizza bag with one hand and talking on his cell phone to a friend on the other. He motioned towards the pen on top of his bag and the store copy of the receipt for me to sign. I did and he then tilted the bag towards me motioning for me to take the pizza out myself, all without ever putting down his phone or stopping his conversation. As I pulled the pizza out a bunch of packets of cheese and red peppers fell to the ground at which point your delivery man turned around and walked away letting the gate shut behind him leaving me outside my apartment with packets all over the ground and no copy of my receipt. I came back inside completely irate to the rudeness only to find a horrific excuse of cutting a pizza. The 'chef' must not have decided if he was doing regular or square cut because there were the normal 8 slices, but then a square cut out in the very center. Making it so if you picked up a slice it would fall in half leaving only a small triangle in the center. I am truly insulted to think that I am to be treated this way by your seemingly reputable brand and hope to hear from you soon regarding the awful experience.

Worst delivery and customer service ever. I agree with the previous review - I ordered a pizza from them at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon and was told it would be 30-40 minutes for delivery. At 4pm (more than double the estimated delivery time), I called the restaurant and was put on hold twice for over 5 1/2 minutes. The second call I requested to not be put on hold. They said 'we're busy' and put me on hold anyways. The third call was not even answered. For the first time in my life, I turned away the pizza (when it showed up at 4:15 - 1 hour and 45 minutes after I ordered). I cannot believe how rudely I was treated - never again. All the more reason to support local places, I suppose.

Great Pizza - if and when you get it. While I love Papa John's pizza, but through the whim of my geographical area, I am forced to use this (Beverly) location. Without fail, I can count on the mongoloids who run this joint to not answer the phone, screw up (or "forget") phone & web orders, and arrive late virtually every single time. I recommend Papa John's pizza, but stay away from this location like the plague if at all possible.
