Excellent choices, but something goes wrong when you want to order online. This was my first attempt at ordering online. They had EXCELLENT choices, and they were the ONLY ones who carried what I wanted ("Dukes"). I loved the choices , but then I had a question and tried to e-mail them about it, using their "contact us" procedure, - but my e-mail was returned to me, indicating that they thought it was "junk mail" and had never read it! So I decided to go ahead anyhow, and just order it. I got through the ordering process just fine, but at the end I was asked to enter a password. I had just finished learning how to create good passwords, so I put in my best shot (13 characters long, no spaces) and the website responded that my password was not long enough....it was supposed to be over 4 characters long! I couldn't believe my eyes. I reentered it, even though I was very sure I had it right the first time. Same deal. So I e-mailed them again, using their "contact us" procedures, and guess what.....my emails were returned "not read" AGAIN! So I thought I would call them, - but there is no "800" number anywhere that I can see. They really make it hard to purchase anything from them. I sincerely hope others do not have the same problems because the merchandise looks great.......it is just that I can't get to it.
