WORST PLACE- NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

This is a warning to anyone who even thinks about going here..DON'T. Unless of course you enjoy getting yelled at by complete stragners and get told to replace a newly replaced airfilter because it's "completely dirty and in need of replacing". Trust me if you do stop here, you'll wish you never did. I've been here 2 times and trust me it was a mistake I wish I never made. Last year I went there to get an oil change and that's when I ws told to replace my new airfilter. When I asked them to show it to me and it was COMPLETELY clean they said I "could probably wait until my next oil change". Then I saw an ad for an oil change and free tire rotation last weekend. So I thought I can deal with the sales there, it's just an oil change. After my "oil change" my car started leaking liguid at a rapid rate. I thought it was my oil so I took it back there. It turned out to be my coolant, it happens to be dark brown/red for my car not the usual green color. But instead of them just telling me this I had the mechanic and the RUDEST office manager screaming at me that I signed a contract and they had authorization to work on my car. Anytime I tried to speak the mechanic would scream "shut up I'm explaining this to you". Then I had the office manager taunting me saying "do you know what color coolant is? DO YOU? DO YOU? DO YOU?" I mean literally this was a surreal moment. To sum up the story I was there for approx 45min all of which I was being yelled and taunted at by the office manager. This is no way to be treated, esecially when you are a customer. This is a warning for everyone in LA. There are many other deserving automotive shops that treat there customers with respect!
