Oh boy what attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. So This holiday I traveled to see the Family They were great. US airways was the headache this holiday season. It started in R.I. Airport and I think I might have stumbled on the meanest and the dumbest airline workers yet. When trying to reroute us due to ice the woman assured us that our bags would be in LAX when we arrived WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! after a crazy long trip back NO BAGS!!!!!!!! When I went to lost baggage the attendant there immediatly blamed me yelled at me would no make eye contact and reaceted like a dog would if i didn't know you. They are the worst and I will never fly them again there is a reason they are cheap because they must hire all the misfits to handle there airline !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. rude, unattentive, and extremely unprofessional. Staff would rather chat with each other at the boarding gate instead of welcoming guests or finding out the needs of their guests.
