They are absolutely on time, the vehicles are always clean and gorgeous, the drivers are polite and professional, and their pricing is always competitive. I am a very thorough consumer when it comes to researching and finding the best balance between cost and quality.

The car and driver were both great. The charge was exactly what was quoted.

The WORST WORST WORST ever. Booked ride to LAX, driver called 5 minutes PAST scheduled time and said he was 20 minutes away. 30 minutes later, he calls and says almost there. 20 minutes after that he calls and is on the wrong street. Finally gets to my street, says he is at ***** house number, can't find mine. He was at the BEGINNING of my street, all he had to do was DRIVE down ten driveways. OH...when I called dispatch after he called me the first time I said, "Your driver JUST called, 5 minutes after our time and he is still 20 minutes away." Their response? "Oh, is that a problem?" WHAT?! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

BEST Limousine Service in California!. My family and I have been using Paramount Limousine for many years and love their service and their professionalism. Their drivers are always on time and courteous and they always go the extra mile for us.

We get great rates too when we go to their website and book in advance.

Then someone from Paramount calls us immediately to confirm our reservation, plus they send out confirmation emails. We love that about them!!

We recently booked a 10 passenger van for me and 6 family members with tons of luggage and we were all comfortable from our home to the airport and back.

You won't be sorry when you call Paramount Limousine.

Great disappointment. Pickup scheduled for 6 p.m.; made a call to Paramount at 6:15 when no driver appeared. Dispatcher was very courteous, said he would see what the problem was and would call me right back. Another 17 minutes, no call, no car. When I called back I was put on hold while someone tried to see what the problem was. Finally, returning to the telephone, he tells me there was a problem with the driver or the car and they would be sending another car....in about 30 minutes!!! My 6:30 meeting with pickup now at 7:00 was NOT ACCEPTABLE! Took a cab. Will let everyone know if I get my deposit back.

I am a frequent user of Paramount Limousine. I must say I am a frequent user of Paramount Limousine Services and for all my airport transportation and even just to take a ride around town I always make my reservations with them. They have always given me great flat rates for all my trips and it certainly beats taking a cab. They not only have limousines but they also have Sedan, SUV, Limo Buses you name it. I am a loyal fan and thanks Paramount for accommodating all my transportation needs.

5 Stars!. I used Paramount Limousine to take me from my home in South Bay to LAX and then back a week later. I was a little hesitant to shell out more than cheap cab fare for this simple transfer, but after hearing from a friend how great their service was, I had to see for myself what the fuss was about.

The driver, Robert, was an extremely nice man wearing a proper black suit, shiny shoes and a huge smile! He was so pleasant

Our client was very pleased with the car service. Will definitely use them again I called paramount to arrange for an indoor airport pick up for a client arriving from an international flight. Al did an outstanding job taking the reservation and keeping me informed about the status of the pickup. They were polite and efficient on the phone and sent me all of the details regarding payment and additional fees. Our client was very pleased with the car service, and we will for sure continue using Paramount limo in the future

Will never use again!. Used Paramount based on the reviews at Citysearch. Big mistake. Did not experience the professionalism that was mentioned in previous reviews. Rented for a package rate of 4 hrs for $85 per hour. The limo was dirty with half eaten candy and wrappers on the seats. We were using it for a kid's party and specifically called to have a working DVD player. The remote was missing so they could not get it to work. I also extended for another hour and thought I would be charged $85. Instead was charged $115 for the extra hour. When asked why they said it was due to taxes! $30 in taxes for an extra hour? When asked for a reduced rate due to the broken DVD, he said they would call me back. It's been several weeks and no call back. Where is the professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction mentioned in the previous reviews? Will never use again.
