Thanks For The good service. Most of the times I had issues when trying to get back home from airport. I tried to use shuttles but they always make you wait for hours. Ususally I use taxi to go to the airport or ask someone to give me a ride !. One of my friends who is using Paramount limousine for long time, told me that they have a good service and resonable price. So I dicided to use them. I must say I had the best experience and the best price (even lower than using a taxi). The emails were answered promptly and the quote included everything tax, toll, tip. Who else gives a quote like that. I allways saw sedans at the airport but I have never thought that they could be around the same price as taxi. In addition to the price, the service was very good and helped me to start my trip without any worries about being late for my flight. I already thanks my friend that gave me this idea, and I want to thank Paramount Limousine Service to make my trip without hassel and having nice ride and very good price for a good service.

service was so wonderful and the price was very reasonable. I used Paramount Limousine for a roundtrip to and from LAX for my vacation. I was so surprised by the level of customer service for the low price! The staff was able to recommend me the best time for my pick up to make it to my flight on time. They knew when there was traffic and how long it would take me to get to the airport for my flight from my house. I Received a confirmation to my I phone as soon as I finished speaking with the girl. All the details were on my confirmation. This gave me a piece of mind, and everything happened exactly the way they promised. The Sedan was a Black Camry Hybrid that was a great idea for me. I personally like everyone to go Green for clean air, efficiency and many other reasons. Paramount Limo was actually able to take out all taxes and fees from my total bill. They advised me that I could also make my reservation online, and I could save even more money. The driver called me when he arrived and helped me with my bags. He was very nice courteous, and entertaining the whole way. They also made my airport pick up a lot less stressful than the airport already is. When I turned on my cell phone, I already had a voicemail from the driver telling me he had checked my flight and knew exactly what time I was landing and was already waiting for me at the airport. He could not have planned the curbside pick up better, as soon as I had my bags and walked out on to the curb, he pulled right up to me. This was great and he timed everything perfect. This is one reason that I don’ t like to use taxi. The price was very reasonable and on top of that the service was so wonderful and accurate. I really appreciate everything you did for me, and I will make sure to refer you to all my colleagues’ and friends.

The limo was so shiny & clean on the outside and the inside. I never rode in a limo before and I used Paramount Limousine for my first ride in a limo for my birthday to a club in Hollywood and had the BEST time! The limo was so shiny and clean on the outside and the inside. What really made my night was how the driver took the time to place champagne glasses and cups on the inside on the limo all fancy with napkins, like at a fancy restaurant. Riding in the limo truly made me feel like I was a V.I.P. The best part of the ride was definitely the driver, who was so nice. He called me ahead of time to tell me he was on the way and showed up a little early. He was extremely helpful and so cool the whole night. The stereo and the sound system inside the limousine were awesome. It seemed that they had added some high tech equipment to their sound system. They also had the auxiliary iPod system that was a great touch for me and my friends. Inside of the limousine was very homey and with the special light effects, it looked really nice. There were different types of sodas and water in the car, and I brought in my special bottle of Vodka. We mixed the drinks before going inside the club, and this helped us financially a little to avoid high cost of drinks at the bar. I was a little buzzed, and it was great that I didn’t have to think about where to park my car. I loved the feeling when I stepped out of the limo in front of the club in Hollywood and all eyes were on us like we were walking a red carpet event. I am so glad I decided to book my first ride with this company. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Best value in Los Angeles, and best Service. I must say I am a frequent user of Paramount Limousine Services and for all my airport transportation and even just to take a ride around town I always make my reservations with them. I can make a rush order and they will accommodate me right away. I believe they have a convenient location near the LAX airport, and drivers are ready to take off at any time. I have made a few rush pick-ups, and they showed up within minutes at my door or sometimes at LAX, if I am getting picked up from the Los Angeles airport. The 3 drivers that I have seen so far, were very professional and nice. Last time I left my wallet inside one of the Sedans, and they contacted me right away and the driver brought it to my Beverly Hills office, without any additional charges. I gave the driver an additional $20.00 Tip. They always give me my special discounted price, which is a lot lower than what I can get from some of the other Limo companies. On top of their wonderfulness pricing, the service is exceptional. They always have bottled water inside the Town Cars, and that is very important for me. Paramount Limousine have given me great flat rates for all my trips and it certainly beats taking a cab. They actually service a few celebrities that I have heard about north. They not only have limousines but they also have Sedan, SUV, Limo Buses you name it. I am a loyal fan and thanks Paramount for accommodating all my transportation needs.

best limo service in la. From The start I had a good feeling about paramount Limousine. This was proven and brought to reality on my Girlfriends birthday. They really went the extra step to give us their best services. The Limo was very clean, meticulous, and the driver “ Roberto” was very prompt, on time, and polite. The bar was set up very nice with champagne glasses and colored napkins. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. He wasn’t jerking off, like the other limo company that we used last time. Paramount Surprised us with a birthday card and a birthday balloon, and that was a nice touch for the surprise birthday party I had planned. I was really satisfied with their office staff, their honesty, and their prices were also very reasonable. booked with them, because of the first good impression they gave me, and despite other lower rates I had from some other limo companies. They paid attention to all the details that I was concerned about and that was very important to me, and that’s why, I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to use an A rated company

very good service :-). I had a very good experience with paramount limousine. We rent a big limo to go to concert and after that we went for dinner. We had very good time and it was very nice service. The limousine was very clean and the driver was very nice. Even though we asked him to go different places before going for dinner, he took us on time and he knew all the directions. I used this service a few more time and I am really happy with their service. They have very good process compare to some other companies that I saw before. I remember for my friend’s birthday with other company we all had to wait for long time and the service was not even compatible with Paramount limousine. Over all I always had good experience with paramount limousine and I refer them to all my friends :-)

Worst Limo Experience Ever - Criminal. This rating service requires us to give at least one star to publish the review, but our opinion is that Paramount doesn't deserve even this small sign of achievement. Paramount's 10 person limo showed up 15 min late to pick up location at park, and proceeded to take 3 wrong turns in a span of 6 miles to get to our hotel for the first portion of their job. Driver took no responsibility for the wrong turns since her "GPS took her that way"... obviously didn't research the job before arriving! Limo had graffiti scratched into the window tint and screws sticking out of the interior. Interior looked like a 40 year old car with worn out seats and heavily damaged wood. We were very embarrassed to have our wedding party and family in this piece. From hotel, the limo took the groom and groomsmen 10 minutes out of the way to get to our venue then blew a radiator hose and overheated a mile from the venue. Groom and men had to find rides from guests on their way to event. Paramount made no effort to replace the limo even knowing full well that the next portion of the job involved transporting the bride and maids to the venue. Bride and 8 maids had to arrange for another limo company for transportation to venue, which caused an hour delay to wedding ceremony, and additional charge for short notice service. Hours later, Paramount sent an 8 person replacement car from City Lights Limo, which we had to pay directly, and before performing service. When groom contacted management at Paramount to resolve the issue, they stated that they were still going to charge $90 for "the service (disservice) they provided". After 4 phone calls and much arguing, Paramount offered to charge $63 instead of $90, which is sill a ripoff considering the fact that the hour delay they caused was worth $2,200 in relation to the total cost of the event, and on top of that we ended up paying $150 out of pocket more for the three limos it took to do the job of their original contract. We disputed the $63 and got that amount back but will never use Paramount or City Lights again. Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. Our coordinator was even chastised by Paramount's manager and was hung up on when she contacted them to try to help diffuse the situation. These people caused tremendous difficulties and delay to our wedding, were completely unresponsive in resolving their issue, and then completely unwilling to work with us and salvage the relationship when contacted to work out the problem. Worst experience with a limo company ever. Not to be trusted.

Every thing perfect, Muy Perfecto!. I loved the service I received from Paramount Limousine. It was my first time ordering such services and I was not sure how to proceed. The customer service was great. They made it so effortless before I knew it I had already reserved a limousine for my family and I. We were flying to Europe and my two kids are obsessed with limousines. I was able to turn family trip into an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Both of my kids needed a child seat which was a $10 for each but Paramount gave me both for $15 and I was able to secure the travel of my children and not have to worry about carrying my own car seat.. It is a definite hassle when it comes to traveling.

When the limousine pulled up in our drive way, 15mins earlier which impressed me very much! The driver came to the door and rang the doorbell. He carried all of our luggage to the vehicle which was even better than what we expected. The driver was very nice to my family. He entertained the kids with stories and was an excellent driver. Before we knew it we were at the airport, where he dropped us off in front of our airline and helped us with the luggage. He took care of us and accommodated all of our wishes.

I booked a round trip with the limousine and requested to be picked up at baggage claim. Since we were visiting Europe we had to be greeted on the international terminal. The office explained to be that there was a fee added for the special request. I knew it was reasonable but Paramount Limo gave an extra discount. I was very happy.

When we arrived, we were exhausted from the trip and then going through customs but we saw our driver with a very nice sign waiting for us. He welcomed us so warmly and took all of our luggage to the limousine. The kids felt to comfortable during the ride they even fell asleep.

The service was amazing from picking up the phone and making the reservation to picking us up to and from the airport.

I want to thank Paramount Limo for making my first limo experience memorable! I will definitely be calling them for all events, birthdays, concerts, and airport services.

Combatable prices, Professional and Friendly. I used their Hummer for my girlfriend birth day for four hours, the care was really beutiful! Once I got into the car, I couldn't belive they are giving it out for that price! inside was quite spectacular. Plus the driver was very professional, on time, and very friendly. Then we rented a limo to go to the concert, this past Saturday, and we got a ver nice driver and a very clean car as well. They seem like they take good care of their cars.

Very good service and Professional. I used this service for my son’s birthday. He had very good time with his friends and we were very happy about the service. We ordered a hummer limousine, which was very nice. Usually I rent limo for special occasions a few times a year. I am really happy with this service and the cars. For my son’s birthday the hummer was very nice and the driver was very gentle and professional. My son had a good birthday and I was so happy about that. I am writing this because I thought maybe this would be my appreciation to the company because of providing a good service for my son. I really recommend this company to my friends and family and anyone who wants to have a good experience with the limousine service.
