Second, there are no hidden charges, we're here to serve you. You can save time and money if you plan ahead and pack yourself and have your items ready before the movers arrive. We do provide professional packing services and packing materials which are additional. We need your feedback, at the end of each move we provide surveys we need your comments to maintain customer satisfaction.

Still waiting for all the things you destroyed. You moved all the things in time but left a big mess at the old house and broke alot of things on the way .

I moved over the weekend, and this was my second time using My American Movers (the first being 3 years earlier which was also a very positive expierence). I had the 8-9m am window and my movers showed up at 8:30. They were curtious and ready to get to work. I was apprehensive about this move because my apartment building was a 3 floor walk to get in, and then they had to go downstairs one flight to get into my bedroom. I have some big, bulky bedroom furniture, and a refrigerator that needed to be hauled down 3 flights of stairs. As I showed the movers around, I was waiting for some negative comments from them, or a roll of the eyes. But to my relief (and surprise), they didn't blink an eye (at least I don't think they did)! This move was no easy feet & they didn't complain once. These guy were very hard workers AND they took the time at my new place to make sure all the furniture was where I wanted it. Very nice! I had a bad expierence with a different moving company (located in the South Bay) about 6 or 7 years ago. These guys complained A LOT and made my sister & I feel like we were putting them out by hiring them. And, my sister just moved today and her movers also complained with each other and made lots of groans & sighs. She texted me about midway through her move and she was completely frustrated! VERY unprofessional if you ask me! I'm sure she wished she would have gobe with MAM! I would highly recomend My American Movers, however I would sugesst that you plan on getting the first move of the day (between 8-9 am) because they will be fresh for a days work, but also they won't be running behind from a previous job. I didn't get the names of these 3 guys, but my sincerce appreciation goes out to them for a job well done!
