Excellent Customer Service and Prices!. Excellent Customer Service! Jay, John, Ki and the rest of the staff are awesome. Installed a Nav/DVD, backup camera and 4 headrest monitors. Didn't like how the backup camera was installed initially and they re-did the install no questions asked. Very informative on everything car audio/video/alarms. Took time with each individual customer while I was there and answered their questions professionally. And even if they don't know the answer, they search the internet or ask colleagues until they have found the correct answer. No BS. Would rather have that than some other salesmen/installer giving false information. They also gave pros and cons of certain setups and customizations. They offer great prices and pricematch items found at legit authorized car audio/video websites. Very straight-forward and honest people. Will definately go back to have more stuff done.

Audiophile Quality, Long beach price. Great bunch of professionals at this shop. They know a lot about car audio and can answer tough questions. I have had many systems before and can spot a fake stereo guy that thinks hes the real deal. These guys were able to walk me thru the entire process and did not take me for a noob. No bait and switch, no run around double speak.

They did an excellent job explaining the plan they came up with for my system. After 20 minutes talking about some high end speakers, amps, and subs I could see they were completely trustworthy. I purchsed Dyne speakers, JL Subs, and Zapco amps. They were not cheap but really High class all the way.

these guys are great. these guys at all star stereo rock the house with the technical expertise behind every detail in the job performance that i threw their way between my SUV and MINI VAN.....from glass tinting to alarm and power starters these people are professional, friendly, and you need not be skiddish to come back months later to ask a question because the will always be as friendly, professional, and helpful like the first day you had them work on your vehicle....i am going back to get a back up camera put in by all star stereo, i wouldn't trust another company to touch my SUV....

The Best Auto Installers in Southern Cal. Hands Down. First of all, I went thru 3 installers to install a high end system.I visited AL & Eds, Beach Audio, Gold Star and all were undoubtedly looking to rip me off. MB Quarts not even q series selling for $800.00 at Al & Eds on La Cienega. Pretentious attitudes I feel plague the industry in a big way. Its almost like you are bothering some of these people entering their establishment. Well, not All Star Auto Sound. The owners are the most friendly set of brothers I have met. I was treated with absolute respect from the second I entered. Each employee has a passion for what they do. I had a zapco 1000.4 dc reference installed and they cleaned up the mess that the others left behind. They were meticulous in finding each and every kink in the system. I had them fix the mistakes and install the amp without touching the speakers. Once they were done, the sound that came from this car was incredible. I went and bought a pair of hybrid audio 5.25" components just now to have them switch out 4" focals I have installed now. I am also having them build a stealth sub enclosure for the sub in the trunk.

Anyone considering an audio upgrade should consult all star. I promise you that you will choose all star over anyone else you meet with unless you are just looking to spend stupid money because all star will not install unnecessary or inappropriate components. If you have appreciate quality, you will see these guys and I promise you will be convinced without a doubt that they are the best to do the job. No upselling, no BS period.
