DO NOT HIRE. AKA Advanced Appliance Repair. I would not hire to fix my pooper scooper. I paid$55 for service call to fix my bosch dishwasher. They said nothing was wrong and adjusted the waste waterline....which did seem to correct temporarily. It went down again and i called again they said i would have to pay again for something they didnt fix in first place....this is AFTER i spent $800 to fix my fridge with them! They treat their paying customers like #%*&. Dont waste your time.

Very rude and a rip off. The other day we called General Appliance Repair because our fridge was not functioning properly. They sent us a guy names Gregory to repair it. First of all he was very rude and charged us a price that was 3 or 4 time higher than what the real price was for the part. He told us that it was for sure that part that was malfunctioning. We called him the day after to tell him that things were still melting in our fridge and asked him to come back. When he came back he told us that the fridge was working perfectly and that we were a bunch of liars. I reported him to his company that did nothing about it. We ended up buying a new fridge and putting a lot of food in the trash. Very very poor customer service and thiefs.

Best Experience Ever! Quality, Professional Service.. This was the third company we called for our broken fridge. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technicial evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $245 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technicial did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the refrigerator as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the fridge is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy.

Gigged by Advanced. My frig wasn't running, Sear couldn't come out for 4 days, I called Advanced Appliance. They came out within a few hours. Although, they did the repair, something bothered me.

I seem to remember I called them out about 2 years ago and they told me the same story before doing the repair..."this part is very expensive". At the time I could only trust his word. I said OK and the frig was fixed in about 20 minutes...$300.00 later. I paid the price, when he left, I checked the web for the part.

After looking at several prices lists, the most expensive price was $72.00 the lowest was $47.00 that's a big difference between $300.00 and $47.00. I think I got ripped off! This was the second time by Advanced. Granted I didn't know what to look for, but $253.00 for 20 minutes work is a big amount. Beware, if they tell you this is an expensive price...check the web. If they buy the part somewhere for more money, they can call me...I'll give then a deal! That's big money $12.65 per minute...I feel I got gigged by Advance!

Super prompt and professional!. When I called to have my refrigerator serviced, the service was promt and very professional. Furthermore, the serviceman came at the exact time as promised. I was given a reasonable quote and the repair was done promptly. There was no waiting for parts. All work was done on the same day.

Experienced, Professional and Friendly. We have had an on going problem with our refrigerator for months. We also have had several other companies give us estimates on the job. No one had compared in price or professionalism like General Appliance Repair. The repairman was punctual unlike most. He came in, checked out the problem thoroughly and gave us a very reasonable and fair estimate. We agreed and the job was done very shortly there after. If you don't want to waste your time and money, give these guys a call.

Dont try no one else!. I was impressed that General's technician was professional and very knowledgeably regarding the repair of my high end appliance! I have full Viking appliances; and am lucky to have David at General to not only repair my oven, but to show me features I was unaware of after owning the oven for over 2 yrs. The service and expertise I received from General Appliance was affordable and complete.I recommend them to anyone who wants good honest service.

Great Service!. Quite shocking I'm not going to lie. When I called I was highly shocked that they were able to have someone come out that Sunday. I had called two other appliances companies, but even though their sites said same day service, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until the following week. Once they came out they diagnosed the problem promptly on my GE refrigerator. I was very satisfied with their professional work ethics and will definitely use them in the future. 2 Thumbs up to them!

TERRIBLE!!!. General Appliance Repair Inc. has done terrible work for me. I have been charged for a new SUB ZERO ice machine maker that never worked. They came out a second time and replaced the filter for the charge of 50 dollars in which a check was written to the repairman personally. The third time they came out they attempted to charge me an additional 285.06 for the same filter change and a water valve replacement. The forth visit I was charged 83.90 for another filter change and valve replacement. The repair that was done on the forth visit for 83.90 was 201.16 LESS then what they tried to charge me on the third visit for the same repair. On the fifth visit they looked over all of the work they had preformed previously and told me that it was a bad compressor in my refrigerator and that they would be able to replace it for an addition 630 dollars and that if I didn't want to do that they would charge 150 dollars for freeon. BOTH of which I had absolutely no need for considering my refrigerator still blew cold air and my freezer was working properly. On the 6th visit AGAIN they looked over there work and told me that I had bad plumbing. So instead of going through the proper steps in refrigeration repair and testing all options before replacing the machine they did all this work that wasn't needed and charged me a total of 592.88, 50 dollars of which was written to the one repairman personally.

Rip off artists. 1. DO NOT USE! These guys are as crooked as they come

2. Check their BBB rating if you don't believe all of the negative reviews. They got an F.

3. If you do call them, pay by credit card and not by check so you can at least dispute the charge once you realize you've been ripped off
