This company and the technicians are very unprofessional. They will just give you a quote off the top of their head. I also found out that the 30% discount to new customers is just a tactic to attract new customers. When the guy was here, he wasn't even able to tell me how much the labor was going to be. He told me that he had already included the 30% discount in his quote. What I learned after using this company is "penny wise, pound foolish." I called them because they had a low estimate fee of $35 dollars. However, they ended up charging me outrageosly. I regret allowing the technician work on my fridge. Remember: DO NOT USE THEM!

This was my first time looking for a repair service. I looked on the internet trying to find a reputable repair service. I went with these guys because of the $35 estimate fee, and what looked like good reviews. That was a HUGE mistake. First, a repair guy came out and looked very unprofessional. He had me empty my freezer, he did absolutely nothing, and said that it would be $250 to fix. After a lot of back and forth trying to get him to tell me what was wrong, he said that it was an electrical issue and that he would have to come out the next day with a computer to fix it. We finall agreed on a price for $200. The next day, he didn’t show. Instead a new guy came. He thought he was the first one diagnosing it. His conclusion was that I was out of FREON. I asked to make sure, and he confirmed it was the very expensive, no longer used FREON gas. This is a 1 year old fridge. At this point, I knew he was a fraud. He wanted $275 to fill it up with "Freon". When I declined that, he said that my estimate fee would be $55 and not $35 because he had to put a valve onto my refrigerant line to test the level. If I declined to pay, he was going to take it off and leave a hole in my line. In the end, I only paid the $35, and I wouldn’t allow him to touch the fridge to take the valve off. I told him that he could call the cops if he had a problem with that. As a diagnosis, he was almost correct. After some checking, I found that the fridge uses r134. So, it took $15 for r134 to fix the problem, not $275 of "Freon". In short, these people are frauds. DO NOT USE THEM.
