I have been to 5 Bridal stores, Mary linns was the best one , nice selection, clean dresses in a very good shape, very very experienced staff.

the dress i fell in love with was over my budget but the manager made it happen .

I am a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY bride who purchased at mary linns and i recommend it to all of U.

Don't pay attention to this reviews try them just walk in and u will see what im talking about.

WONDERFUL SERVICE, EXPERIENCE, AND DRESSES!

I went to Marylinn's 3 different times and had the greatest experiences every time. Cecy was my bridal consultant and she was the best!!! She was honest, energetic, fun, and knew her stuff! Manya was also great! I never felt pressured to buy anything and felt beautiful in their dresses. I purchased the most beautiful dress today and am INCREDIBLY pleased with my purchase and the service I received. Thanks for making the experience for both me and my family a very special and wonderful one!

PS BTW, make an appointment ladies, be on time, ask questions and don't expect people to read your mind. No one likes a bridezilla.

I worked here for all of 8 days several years ago. Now that it's my turn to be a bride, one would think I'd head straight to Mary Linn's? Nope! From the sound of these reviews, nothing has changed. The store manager who made my life very difficult as an employee is still treating customers the same way. She is rude and snobbish. She would ignore her customers, act put-out if asked to to anything, and barely lift a finger... until a young Armenian bride walked in, ready to spend over $5000. Then she doted on the girl like a cocker spaniel.

I attempted to be an eager, helpful salesgirl in my week there, and by the end of the week I was *forbidden* to

1)attempt to sell something

2)suggest styles to customers

3)book appointments

4)assist customers with dressing

5)answer phones

6)pick straight pins out of the carpet

By the last day, all I was allowed to do was vacuum, restock dresses, dust the wingtip shoe stock, and do the steam service (a $150 charge. I was paid $8 per hour)

So sad. This could be a marvelous place to shop if anyone cared about the customer. I wonder if any other employees who attempted to care got the same treatment I did.
