Yea, sometimes you have to wait...

Yes, the bartenders get busy, not really their fault. Tip them and they will be nice! PS: The blonde one is my favorite & she makes great drinks! Not sure what you did to piss her off.

Yes, the music is awesome.

Yes, the place needs a face lift, since I started going some five years ago, it's gone down hill a bit. Not sure if its management or just wear and tear, since most the time that place is PACKED.

Yes, the bouncer has to make people wait when due to fire code...not his fault.

All in all, the HH is a great spot in the 626 area. If you want more trendy, expensive, and less fun...go to Fullerton or Pasadena. If you are in the area, HH is not a bad option.

The last critique I have, some nights the girls are just amazing, cute, young, and fun. Other nights it's like the baby sitter factory had a two for one special and nothing but older, "mom" looking types...Don't hate - I'm just being real.

However, I can never understand the pattern, Fridays are great, sometimes then Saturdays are DEAD or vise versa. BUt when this place is bumping some good music, the drinks are being served, and good looking people are in the place - it's HH as I will always remember it!

This place is BS. When we ordered food the waitress wrote it down wrong and the manager tried to blame us that we did not order correctly. Then they misplaced my friend's credit card and tried to say she had it in her purse when the waitress had it the entire time. When I told the manager I worked in customer service in a 5 star restaurant for 6 yrs and "the customer is always right" and all my friend wanted was a side a fries which came with the order the manager said "sorry we are not Mc Donalds." WTF. we are never coming back here again and we will make sure everyone we know will never come here! Don't waste your time. Horrible service!

Great place, Good Music. Good Cigars and safe enviroment

This place rocks. Many complain about the bouncer but he is just doing his job. If you arrive before 10pm or after midnight you will have no problem getting in. The good thing about this place it has a nice enviorment, it has a dancing floor for those who love to dance.. with real good LATINO Music, a bar for those who want to smoke or just socialize and drink, and finally at the back of the room there is a small lounge to sit conversate, drink and smoke. This place is made just right.... I know the lines might not be the best. but remember you CANT HAVE everything in life. Plus this way they get the wrong people out. I been to this place many times for the past year and I've never seen or heard of a fight. SO if you wait in line for an hr. but I will not have to worry about having the wrong crowed then it WELL WORTH IT..

Trust me, its small place, but the good thing about it is that no matter when you go your bound to have a good time. About the smell, well you are going to a cigar shop what else are you going to expect? Plus ladies remember if a man know how to smoke fine cigars, and dress well you wont find loser there, and fellas the women for the most part dress nice and classy....

About the bartenders, well they will take long if you dont take care of your bartenders, so just like in any other place you go, take care of them and they will take care you.... Bartenders work for tips, so just start with a good $5-$10 tip, and they will do everything you want the rest of the night. If you dont beleive in tipping then dont complain... Service has a price, plus the drinks are reasonable price..... So I have to say its............The only Latino Place I enjoy going to in southern California.
